keep it clean. Never add any grease as it will attract dust and dirt. Just simply keep it clean. He is giving bad info. Backyard guys not knowing what they are talking about.
@@Dan300 yea you would. Ask any Lincoln repair place. Cleaning it makes it run smooth. Your way attracts dirt and holds it. But keep doing what your doing. Mine works great with just keeping it clean. Never had one problem. Funny you have problems. But that’s what happens with backyard advice!

The rubber came off of mine. 😭
So what you do to fix it
Mine is not closing all the way, I cleaned it and applied lub but is still getting stuck.

issue, I did exactly that and it recalibrated!!
Now it closes normally!!
