      @lunecker ปีที่แล้ว +1

Honstly the whole part since 1:39 is something out of this world.
And at 2:08 this song gets the best, this is the part when if I listen to it while being somewhere outside at evening or at night and the part at 2:08 starts and even when I dont think about the song im listening to, at that moment i just always realise "wow, this is one of the most beautiful songs ive ever heard" and I feel like this is the happiest moment of my life, no thinking about anything, no worries, just now, me, the beautiful scenery I see, the sun setting, and this beautiful song (and maybe a beer haha). Moments like this make me feel like im at the happiest moment of my life, even when im not doing anything special. Good music makes a random time and a random place feel really special. I would not love to go on bike travels that much if it was without listening to music.
Oh my god, I love music so much

5 years in and I'm still hooked on Synthwave. Such an awesome genre. It captures 80s feel and mixes it with the experience that I get when I sit on the beach sand on a warm summer's evening. Songs like this capture that warmth, makes me feel relaxed and hopeful. Love it, especially when I'm driving. May not be an 80s kid, but damn I'm happy I had a chance to experience the next best thing.

I used to play this song and many others from this channel in the very pit of the darkest period of my life. I was alone, no job because of covid, no real future, no idea where the hell I was going. I used to zone out to these tunes as a form of escapism to shut the whirlwind of doubt in my mind. Now I am happy with my Mrs, I work well and I’m building my future, I’ve gone to university when I never thought I should bother or even had the funds to support me going. It’s funny how these songs remind of where I came from in those years. It pushes me, and I will never forget it. Thank you for this track

An almost non existent, and very pure creativity is shown when an artist can compose like this, so to explain the song in words might be a vain thing. From the time when the initial notes lilt upon your ears, you begin to anticipate something gently radiating within you. A light feeling of joy exponentially resonates into an unimaginable rapture before you even realize what is happening. The sinuous fluidity and somewhat slurred undulations of this song is like slowly revealing the shadings of heaven through sound. It is the ending of something beautiful, or the beginning of something more-something that has passed, yet hasn’t quite started yet. Hold by HOME is an alluring, bittersweet, and melancholic song, invoking nostalgia from the depths of your soul. How it can make sadness a beautiful thing is a mystery, or perhaps it’s only the slight feeling of displacement when experiencing nostalgia for the first time. Either Nostalgia or something more- something you could have experienced, but was never able to due to being separated by time. You cannot transcend time, so Hold does it while slowly and gently carrying you to the end. Nevertheless, listen and you will end up lost in a realm of memories, time, and everything in between. Listen again, and amplify those memories to forever...
Once a friend and I went on a night drive. I hadn’t seen him for a long time before that. We drove for hours, and spent that time talking and getting to know each other again. This was one of the first songs he played. It described that night so perfectly- the realization of time missed with one another, yet at the same instant, the beauty of seeing each other after so long. I finally found it

this might sound cliche & cheesy but I'm going to confess that HOME has saved my life. just like many others here, I'm sure their first introduction to this artist was through his most well known hit "resonance"
i remember seeing it on my home page back in the summer of 2017. the thumbnail immediately grabbed my attention so I decided to give it a listen out of curiosity and my god it sounds just like the background artwork.. so spacey & magical, almost soothing dream-like sound! I was instantly hooked the moment I started listening to it.
i would often play it on loop whenever I'm daydreaming or imagining things in my head. that's how great & addictive his music was.
needless to say, that track alone was enough to give me the motivation to explore much of his works through playlists & ultimately, albums during my extreme chronically online phase on TH-cam. His music is incredibly rich & textured. the way he utilizes beats, samples, synths and effects to create a specific mood & style is just phenomenal. its also great learning that most of his influences comes from various musical sources during the 80s, 70s & 90s which made me love his music even more since I have grew up being familiar with various popular genres from each period like disco, funk, synthpop, new wave, hiphop, eurodance & house music I occasionally heard in the radio or through compilation CD mixes as a child.
really felt like it open up a whole new world for me since it has been my gateway or reference point to a lot of rhythmic/beat driven ambient tunes & laid-back electronic music since then
that sense of wonder you get when you discover a genre for the 1st time to which you have personally never heard of & something you wouldn't normally seek out yet also feels very familiar or evokes a particular emotional response like synthwave/chillwave is so special & refreshing to me. since that was also a time when i listening to a lot of alternative rock, hard rock and nu-metal songs (namely, Three Days Grace, Slipknot, Disturbed & Skillet) I have discovered through amvs or tributes of extinct & prehistoric animals 😅 before transitioning to niche or less mainstream styles of pop music I also enjoyed like city pop (Makoto Matsushita) & alt hiphop/rnb (Tyler the creator)
I also started to appreciate ambient music from various anime soundtracks (mainly Berserk & JJBA) which also revived my love of classical tunes again due to a nostalgic childhood memory I had of watching a favorite cartoon like little einsteins which often featured classical works & composers. Bach & Tschaikovsky being my favourites since i hear their works very often from various media sources 😊

Every sunrise is perfectly set right on the center of the road, it’s as if you’re driving towards the vibrant pink purple sky itself. It’s literally those vapor wave animations in real life. REQUIRMENTS FOR THIS SONG: headphones or speakers, loop it, tell your friends about it and NO criticism for the creator HOME. With all these requirments you should be able to have a good time and feel young again.

Why no criticism for HOME? This isn't a cult.

Im born in the 2000's. But why this song is taking me back to the 1980's...
    I also feels like that when i see/hear something from 80's - 90's

There's something so comforting about seeing how other people love this song and get strong feelings from it as well. Even if they are all from like 3 years ago lol.
