  • You've installed the latest firmware, WHAT NOW ????
I always advise to do a complete system & Memory rest, returning everything to it's default settings, and clearing away any previously recorded material and settings. Possibly you've gone browsing the menus and made some changes and didn't know the repercussions of whatever you may have changed. Let's just start completely from scratch.

I've been testing cameras with shorter focal ranges and various lighting setups to get a clearer closup without losing resolution .. this setup did not acheive the best results .. apologies !!

I've just backed up my RC-600, successfully updated the firmware to v1.4, and then tried to do a full Factory Reset. The screen says "EXECUTING...." and the foot-switch lights are all lighting in sequence, but it's been like that for over three hours with no change. Anyone got any idea what to do next?

Wow I just saw this message now, it's been 11 days ...
I'm sure you've solved it by now, what I would do is just pull the power plug and force a shutdown ...
Depending on what happens when powering up again, will determine the next steps ...
