I haven't been this excited since the early 1980s when I was involved with my father, Bill Scarborough at Woodhaven Homes. They built a house from scratch in 4.5 hours known as the September Challenge just outside of Riverside California.

7/20/22 We have a large piece of land and intend to create a modern but affordable housing community for retirees. This product will be a prefer method to develop this community.

Using mini split heat pump air conditioning systems I hope they have the condenser directly behind the air handler and thought ahead about replacing leaking refrigerant piping in the Casita.
Hmmm, Why are you assuming it would leak? It's the same variable as any system installed . Could it yes but it's not a common problem..is it?

Nothing is immune to fire. Boxabl, however, was designed with fire resistance in mind. Both the inside and outside of the building are covered with noncombustible materials. This suggests that flying embers that cause forest fires will not ignite your Boxabl.

how does this casita model hook-up to water and sewer
Plumbing, electricity, and HVAC systems are factory-installed in your Boxabl. On-site attachment of utilities to the outer corner of the Boxabl.
Rather than a window over the sink I would much rather have a wall so that I could hang things such as my culinary items.

Look at the cupboards in the kitchen they're so narrow you couldn't put a platter or a plate in there it should be the depth of the refrigerator. Also I find that the bathroom sink what you call actually call lavi is a very odd design and very difficult to work in you've got any kind of arm problems or hand trouble like deformity you can't get your hand down inside that bowl to get the water up the sink should be down below the counter not sitting up on top of it I think that's another poor design in this box full House.
The other thing I find that doesn't work well is there's too many walls and too many windows. When you have walls then you separate things which don't need to be separated. And when you have too many windows you don't have a place to put a cabinet or a shelf or a standalone cabinet or even a picture too many windows is not a good thing.
Thanks for commenting on the video and providing feedback. Boxabl loves the feedback and is always learning. Weight, fold areas and structure play a big part in the design.. I'm sure we'll see this Casita transform over the years...
It is great to have many window when you large land space. But a lot place doesn't have such space, so maybe it can come out an option to cover some window if you do want it.
