Dang Ryan, since I've been watching this channel you've purchased 3 cars, 2 trucks, a skid steer, a sweet lawn mower and at least one boat. I'm living the life vicariously through you 😂.
@@MrC9Oh3 He’s getting a boat load of money from TH-cam to supplement the spending now. He deserves it for the quality that he puts out. There’s no way to know exactly but a decent rule of thumb is a thousand bucks for every 100k views.
That's great and all but I hope the crew was paid just as good for there part. You never hear anything about that and it's kinda sad. They are a big part of this channels success. I would hope they get paid equally
Ryan, I couldn't be happier for you and the guys at Victory. Your hard work and focus on customer satisfaction has been blessed by God and allowed you to expand your business with some new equipment. What is really cool, is that you have taken us along for the journey. Lord bless you, your sweet family, and the guys as you celebrate a day or gratitude for God's goodness.
Is so hard to find a good role model but I think that Eric is so lucky to have a person like Ryan in his life. Is so great to see people help each other like Ryan has done for his entire crew. He will continue to be bless for just being him.. Now we just have to wait until next year to see the entire crew back together but I hope that we get to see them through the winter.. Continue the good work and keep making the videos.. We need more .. 👍🏻
Taking your crew to the NH dealer is a big deal and it’ll go a long way with them. Those are the things that make a crew better! Good call including them in the trip Ryan! Congratulations on your growth and success, putting you in the position to get a very nice piece of equipment!! 🎉
Hey Ryan, I never would have thought watching TH-cam would help my work ethic, after 10 years laying bricks I've struggled to get out of bed for the past 12 months but since I found your channel I've been motivated and enjoying work again. Thank you Ryan. We love you in Australia
I know it takes A LOT of time and hard work to save the money up for new equipment, but MAN, it sure is exciting to see your business evolve. New truck, new skid steer, new job sites! Very happy to be apart of the Victory Fan Club. Happy Thanksgiving, Ryan and to your family and all the Victory crew. You have so much to be thankful for. 👍
Very happy to see you reach these goals Ryan! You're right about the hard work, but your discipline is what makes this happen. God bless you and our family!
Ryan, that New Holland will treat you well. I have been a professional operator for 33 years 26 of them owning an excavation and grading business here in Upstate NY. I can honestly say I have operated just about every brand of skid steer on the market. They are a solid machine. In fact I have a wheeled 2003 ls170 in my fleet with over 5000hrs. I have done almost nothing to it. A hydraulic charge sensor, a glow plug solenoid, and one of the foot pedals rusted out. Thats it. And the pedal was our fault because we let dirt build up down in there, when it should have been washed out.
It's all about personal preference.. and personally I prefer the good old foot controls. Sooo I would have probably went the same route.. they are nice rigs that's for sure. Great purchase in my eyes congrats Ryan
Congratulations on the the new equipment. I always got a charge dealing with the fleet guy. I feel new equipment helps with company image. After purchase of new equipment, the liftgate and infill for the installation vehicles, and infill for the service fleet, then the lettering shop, then to the computer shop for electronic inventory control, customer printouts and downloads to the office, then out into the field never to be driven by me again. Installation vehicles park at the yard, service guys drove them home for direct dispatch to first call. The setup would take a couple of weeks or more before I saw it again. I always enjoyed the purchase and dispatch of new equipment. I am now retired and enjoying watching you expanding your business. We started with two in 1963 and sold in 2011 with 85 crew out of two locals. Enjoy this time in your life. Always remember, "We are working today to provide for our retirement tomorrow." Cheers,
Good morning Ryan and the Victory family!!!!!!!! The puppy we rescued has done absolutely amazing and she’s been the best addition to my small family. Keep up the great content, and can’t wait to see the new skid loader!!!
Bobcat here in Phoenix is a nightmare to get service done I'm talking several weeks before they can even look at it once it's in their yard. Then parts delay I feel your pain. Happy to see someone in a new work toy I will live vicariously through victory.
Praying for you boys, for Gods continued grace and to give Ryan peace of mind from the tragedy this last year. May you guys be blessed and continue to be planters of seeds for the Gospel! Watching all of the older videos and comparing Jrs condition from then to now is super concerning, I will continue to lift him , D, and the rest of the crew up in prayer.
As big as this channel is getting and as close as all the viewers are to the channel, I really think we all need to get together and stop avoiding the obvious health concerns with junior and come up with workout and meal changes to get him motivated and on track to a longer living healthier life. His breathing just getting into the truck is very concerning and seeing how much he has changed from 2017 is very very sad
You stated what we all wanted to say. The guy's going to pop a cork and collapse. Clearly a guy who doesn't have the desire for self improvement. One card less than a deck. Very sad.
Thanks for a great pre Thanksgiving video! You have to feel comfortable with the equipment you use doing your job, so I agree with your decision 100%. I wish you and your family, and your crew and their families, a Happy Thanksgiving! VICTORY STYLE!!
I have a few friends who have run either Cat or Bobcat skids. When it came time to replace they have gone with either Case, New Holland or Kubota. I never asked why, but they each seem happy with the route they went.
At work I run an old Ford New Holland. Built like a little yellow tank. Firing it up makes me smile! Glad they still make regular hand and foot controls.
Totally with you on this Ryan the hand and foot controls are my favorite I always loved Bobcat for that I don't know why they would change it and to not even give you the option anymore makes no sense.
New Holland PA is just a few minutes up the road from us. Always cool to see the tractor factory there. I’m not a NH guy for skiddys though. CAT all day.
Good luck with your new skid loader. I agree with that relationships are very important in business transactions. I applaud you for your tutoring if Eric and Francisco.
Stunning new piece of kit. A lot of hard work gone into affording those. Well done team Victory. Happy thanksgiving to you and the team. Likewise to all the US subscribers.
Can't go wrong with New Holland. I live in western Kansas which is pure ag and that's what everybody runs out here. Lifting capacity on those are phenomenal and with the design of the lifting arms it transfers the weight towards the back of the machine making it a lot less tippy.
Was so happy to see you posted today, I could really use some special videos like you post.. my grandma just passed away this evening! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers!
You deserve everything you get Ryan! You're an amazing husband/father from what we can see and an awesome boss. You help others out anytime you can and are in general a joy to others which makes their day better. Thank you Ryan
It is sad to see Jr not able to fit in the skid loader. It is built to fit all sizes of people, yet he cannot fit. I hope something can motivate him to get in shape and fix his health. We all care about him and want him to live a long life.
As someone who runs a business as well. If a company has equipment available to purchase off there lot in this economy it tells you something. I preordered my bobcat skid steer last year and I’m barely receiving it. I don’t know much to speak of the new holand brand but 80,90 thousand on a skid. These machines take a big beating. I hope I don’t look like the negative person in your comments, I just want you to purchase something of quality and durability in the long run! Happy for the victory crew for making a new purchase for the business to grow!!

Congrats on the new purchases. Reinvesting money in your business will only keep your business going and growing. May your new purchases double your earnings.
Ryan, Great to see you making more investments in yourself and the company. Personally, I learned to operate a skid steer the "old school" way having started back when I was a teenager, although I recently operated a almost brand new Bobcat track loader and a Kubota. I tried the Bobcat in the joystick mode to try it out. Honestly, being 6'2" and 280#, I found the "new way" once I got used to it, to be more comfortable, but doing the work you do with shaking out/grading the gravel, wasn't nearly as easy to do the new way... Best wishes on your continued success! Can't wait for the next video!
