I wish he would rerelease and embrace his past. I’ve been searching for his Portuguese music, it’s nearly impossible to find his songs.
Actually before he was Shawn Desman, he was Shawn Fernandes, and very well known in the Toronto Portuguese community. It was only when he got older and wanted to be taken more seriously did he change it to Desman, Also his brother Danny Fernandes has a few popular hits also.
I actually met him in person when he first came out. I also have this one dance comp that has a song called Sean Fernandes - Higher And Higher. I believe that is him and it was released around 1995.
