Despereaux is hands down the best guest character psych has ever had. I think I love him more than Shawn does.
The only other character that I think could match him (if he showed up more often,) is Jack, Shawn's uncle.
One of the best parts is that by the end you still have no idea whether he infiltrated Interpol or if he was genuinely Interpol.
I kind of like to think that he actually was interpol, but got a little too into the role, donnie brasco esque
