Assessment of a very small 131cm wide Brinsmead by Kemble. + Fixing a broken Celeste pulley:

Kemble specialised in making very small upright pianos and in our opinion, this is their best model of small piano at only 131cm in length. NB they also made the Kemble Minx which is of table top height but it has a drop action which makes the keys too short for good control.

Cute. What make me really laugh are those 5.3-octave pianos that must have been designed by marketing:"Lop an octave off each end!" If that's what you want, better to go with a 6-octave FF-f that has a few more keys and is actually musically useful and with historical precedent... :-)
