- This interview was conducted in January of 2002, with actress Jane Birkin and writer Colo Tavernier O'Hagan. O'Hagan wrote the script for the movie "Daddy Nostalgia" (1990), which was directed by Bertrand Tavernier, and starred Dirk Bogarde and Jane Birkin. In this fascinating interview, Birkin and O'Hagan discuss the writing and filming of "Daddy Nostalgia", along with their recollections about Bogarde, costar Odette Laure, and director Bertrand Tavernier.

Interesting that the movie had never come to your attention; however, I hope you find an opportunity to watch it in the near future. It's absolutely worth it. A screening in London is a great idea - and it would be a good way to introduce the movie to a new and wider audience as well. I'm not sure how such a thought could be put into action though.
