So basically the only major noticable difference is the care tag...I cut those out anyways because they irritate my skin. I just buy from the original stores so no worries for me. However, that's good to know for people that buy from 2nd party vendors.
We usually focus on visible differences to help buyers spot replicas before purchasing them. Material quality, irritability, durability might be some other differentiating factors but it takes more time do spot those differences and by that time, the fakes become unreturnable
