  • Edward Leedskalnin Perpetual Motion magnetic currents "change polarity" The Perpetual Motion Holder is primarily a teaching device but it has many functions including an electromagnet, is a generator spin a magnet between the coils it will generate electricity; it functions as a transformer; it demonstrates how permanent magnets are made, and is a holder of perpetual motion. That is an experiment for free energy device.

the part that amazes me is the t you can' detect a magnetic field outside of the iron while it's no longer connected to the battery. It was my understanding that the magnetic flux lines would be contained within the iron. That there is a magnetic condition still present around the coils is quite a surprise. That they reverse when you change the polarity of the current, isn't too surprising actually because it would reverse the direction of the magnetic current in the device.

This device works on a principal called "magnetic hysteresis" of the metal used in it. This has long been understood and is how the old magnetic core memory in the 1st computers worked.

I've been working with electrodevices and electronics for several decades. there's nothing new here. it's written in basic books about electricity.
