Hi! I didn't really use my measurements for this dress as it is very oversized. You could take your chest measurement and quarter if for the width of the front panel (or take your sternum to armpit measurement). The height of the front and back panel (bodice pieces) is from your shoulder to underbust. The sleeve measurements are taken from my shoulder to wrist for length, the height is just a few inches shorter than my shoulder to underbust measurement for a very oversized sleeve. Always tricky to explain sewing terms in text, but I hope that helps!
