I'm Shintaro from the samurai travellers. This time, I tried a self-documentation of my day living in the Japanese countryside.
Kochi Prefecture, where I live, is rich in nature and many people live in a semi-sufficient manner.
We procure ingredients from nature based on the concept of "only eat today." I'm glad if you can see real country life.
