Actually, this series, Street Sharks, first aired in my area on WTAT-TV channel 24 cable 6 (a Fox/UPN affliate at the time) in South Carolina in the 1990s, premiering in March 1995.
I never knew if this show was real or if I just imagined it as a kid. Kinda of a supressed memory I guess. Idk why people complain about it I like it even better than tmnt
@@joshuabrunet4096 Yeah, but the Street Sharks should be in Chicago for meetings with their new allies like Biker Mice from Mar to team up against Dr Paradigm and Limburger.
Ahh, Sunday mornings back in the mid-90's. How is that the Street Sharks know how to work so well together and use their new powers so soon without any training or anything??
I love how they just comfortably accept their new reality as complete freaks immediately. It's just such a perfect example of how lazy children's cartoon writers were in the 90's and the cartoon wasn't made for any reason other than to run as an advert for the toys.
I wonder why the Street Sharks never came back. I guess they wanted something to compete with TMNT but it never completely took with the public. I remember the toys used to scare me. lol :P
Literally the show just completely fails to mention the character's names aftet the first episode hahaha. Such a perfect example of why this failed. Kids wanted to relate to certain characters, but they didn't even know the character's names and none of them had any sort of unique personality trait. They're all just the same 1 dimensional, "cool tough radical dude".

I love the physics in this cartoon . Shoots gun that brakes wall on molecular level but then wall grows back because effect is temporary XD
