I read it as a meditation during Pre-Lent and Lent. I attempted to say the offices with the Anthologion now and again, but realized that this was incompatible with my lifestyle. I suggest picking up the Supplement as well.

As stated in the video, it's the variable portions of the services. But, yes, it does have the great canon, as that is a variable portion.
