I wanted to make a really classy, powerful Celtic hymn, something that evokes a sense of deeper meaning to life and values that can easily be overseen in the modern world. Honour, devotion, nobility of spirit... I could go on but I don't think I have to.^^ I fell in love with this amazing artwork by Marc Simonetti and decided to name the song by the same name as a kind of homage. It's just absolutely perfect, I think it's one of the most beautiful artworks I've ever seen.

Please note that "for free" only applies to the usage license. Music is my full-time job and is where 100% of my earnings come from. So no matter what you use my music for, whether it's commercial or non-commercial use, I appreciate that you purchase the music instead of downloading it for free. Many people misunderstand this part so I need to clear this up. I love making music, but if everyone would just get it for free I would not be able to pay rent, so please understand. It was always my dream to make enough money to survive with music being my only job, and that is only possible because of people who go and buy that music.
Remixing, sampling and other forms of altering the original song into a new piece of music is also generally not allowed unless the remix is 100% non-commercial and labelled with the original title and author of the song (me). Adding bird noises, nature sounds or similar things are allowed. Nightcore alterations are also allowed while non-commercial and labelled with original title and author (Google "Nightcore" in case of confusion).
So if your project is non-commercial or a TH-cam project, just give credits and there is nothing holding you back from using my songs. ANY song you want. =) If it's commercial stuff just write me a personal message or an email at adrianvonziegler@gmx.ch and inform me about the scale and details of the project and we'll make a deal.

Thanks so much for all that info. Would it be okay to use your music for religious purposes, such as wedding music? Or if somebody at a church wanted to add lyrics that worship God/Jesus to the music you wrote, would that be permitted? If not, I completely understand, as we Christians have been forced to use our art in service to events/weddings that we disagree with. So no hard feelings if you are not comfortable with that.

It's not exactly like you think. Our times are much better than Middle Ages (i guess you mean this one) but you're right when you said "wrong world". I think i feel the same feelings like you. I have always wanted to live in fantasy world beside elves, dwarves etc. In world with ancient magic, legendary characters where both calm, pleasant places exist and evil, scary realm too with gruesome beings where only the darest will enter. Of course this world would be with everything like in Middle Ages beside drawbacks (there was a lot of it like terrible hygiene).

At start, i mean no disrespect. I've hat a depression several years ago and many suicidical thoughts, been addicted to masturbation etc. Couldn't handle myself, everything was messing in my head makin me crazy.
Then i met God and Jesus as a savior, but rly didnt even knew he could help in that situation, but after some time, trying to find his way of doing things, how to live etc, maany voices in my mind disappeared, setting me free. And i know he could help u too. Thou it will mean a chance in a lifestyle, it's absolutely worth it.
If u cant handle it alone, try to find a biblical group, but in this times, even as many tell they are christians, their lifes and actions are opposite. So it's not that easy, but if ull seek, ull find.
I wish u well dude. I know what ure talkin about. And this is not you in your head. It's not your sickness. It's the devil attacking you from the inside tryin to break your soul and make you crazy... You can fight some time alone, but the power eventually ends, and many things break inside.
Fight alongside Jesus, he can help out. :D

I don't mean it to sound cliche, but really, when I found you and your songs I was in highschool, 11th grade and I was going through a tough time back then. But since the moment I found you, I felt like your music was lifting the huge weight that was on my shoulders and that was like a helping hand that held me throughout those years, so I'll just keep it short cause I think I wrote a bit too much already xD. Love it Adrian! I'm part of an organisation called CASPN which looks after many ancient sites in Cornwall and was checking on my very own stone circle today (well, I'm site manager!) Nine Maidens of Boskednan. As I've said to you before, your music really does remind me of these places. I cannot find any music which fits these ancient sites any better than yours.
That is an amazing compliment for me, thank you...! I've never been to any of these places myself, so the closest I can get is to look at pictures and to imagine it inside my head. So to hear that my music actually fits that feeling is awesome for me.

Jedes mal wenn ich deine Musik höre habe ich das Gefühl ich tauche in eine alte und naturverbundene Welt ein. Wirklich eine sehr wunderschöne Komposition, das ist genau was ich brauche. Manchmal sehne ich mich danach in der damaligen Zeit zu leben, um ehrlich zu sein würde ich die Lebensweise meiner Ahnen sogar vorziehen. Viele in meiner Klasse halten mich für einen Freak, nur weil ich andere Musik höre oder meine Haltung auch aktiv nach Außen trage (Bin halt ein Metalhead, der sich vorallem im Bereich Pegan- und Vikingmetal wohlfühlt). Weiter so Adrian, mit deiner Musik triffst du genau meinen Geschmack!😁🍁
Ja, die Melodie dieses Genres drückt sehr viel Gefühl aus. Ebenso die verwendeten Instrumente. Etwas, was ich in unserer Zeit sehr vermisse. Heute ist entweder alles von Bohlen empfohlen oder mit Juckreiz in den Ohren verbunden.

I love reading about the old times watching movies about them, I love this music and it makes me feel like I was born in the wrong time period.. I have a wolf tattoo howling at a moon. It’s the only one I have and I woke up one day randomly and said I need a tattoo and it has to be my fav animal. The artist showed me many wolves that he drew on the spot and I closed my eyes and picked one. It just so happens to be a Irish style wolf 🐺 from a time when Vikings were around and idk I feel as if I should have been born back then and not now with my Irish brothers and sisters. If I ever find the text on my wolf I’ll share it

Brave Heart... I can see Sir William Wallace riding on a horseback, rising from and within the mist with the cold mountain as backdrop. At a distance I can hear the sweet hymn of the gentle Creek. It originated from a vociferous waterfall. And on the prairie awaits Sir Wallace's lady love. Her face all brightened up like the morning son beholding her man and the little son by her side.
When I first came upon Celtic Music over 30+ years now, I always felt and still feel today it's the most powerful music around. And your music Adrian proves that..well done!
