Ingredients

Star anise- 2
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 inches
Bay leaves - 3
Black Caraway Seeds - 1 tsp
Mace - 1
Sliced Onion - 1 medium Sized
Ginger - 1 1/2 inches
Garlic Cloves - 10 to 12
Green Chilies - 5 to 6
Fennel Seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1/4 piece of a medium sized
Water - 2 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2 to 3 medium sized
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Water - 5 cups
Basmati Rice - 4 cups
Salt As per Taste
Water - 5 cups
Chopped Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
