Hope everyone enjoys this. Sadly there were a few rides that wouldn't allow "solo riders" and 1 that wouldn't allow phones/cameras out so I missed out on a few I wanted to do sadly. Cliffhanger is one of my favorite rides at any carnival and amusement park, it feels like your flying the entire time, and there’s a breeze when you’re flying around on the ride, I love it so much.
Wow, surfing upon your video channel, great, brought back ole memories of years ago. I used to provide food service at these fairs, festivals and in different Entertaiment venues. A great business for around 20 years. Thanks for sharing your awesome videos :) :)
Oh nice, that's awesome 😊 If you wanted a non-ride walkthrough I do have those as well. This is a big walkthrough of the fair: th-cam.com/video/yW1IoIM4fdg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=qN-xz-9GeAzbQ7OG And this is a night video of the midway to show off the lights and stuff: th-cam.com/video/yD3rNyATzFg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YQycOy6MLjZgo4P4 Wasn't sure how interested you'd be in them, but just in case it helps give you more nostalgia 😊
Nothing like state fairs, showbags, rides, games, exhibits of the final thing in life etc, went to some in New York, Vic australia, even in recent years near LA,etc
But in recent years, there was always the pier of Santa Monica, abd befire that a visit to Atlantic City pier, Connie island Brooklyn back in my childhood years, and the wharf during my visit with family to San Francisco in 2010, also home to the mythbusters crew and Disney Pixar, google, apple hq,etc
So many great memories of going to the Central Florida fair as a kid. I remember that one had a helicopter ride that'd fly around the fairgrounds a few times for $10 per rider.
Reminds me of book and film watching of whimsy kid dig days, like state fair rides, haunted house and and cranium shaker rides of 2 ride models ti exist but only one ended up in the 2013 film
I currently live in rental gettos near Santa Monica, but growing up lived and raised in queens New York, and enjoyed whatever state Fair came by over the years, even got food, swag, showbags, rides, exhibits, etc
@@MrFalliorsLife In Europe a lot of the rides are individually owned by families. And it is not uncommon for them to add a trailers worth of theming elements to them. Some times in Europe you may see 2-3 rides that are underneath identical systems in the same fair. So to stand out the owners of the rides put a lot of effort into theming. Heck there are TRAVELLING rollercoasters in EU that are Dark Rides. And there are funhouses that take 2-5 trailers of equipment to set up.
@@davefroman4700 That sounds awesome! Yeah, unfortunately stuff like the dark rides here are very underwhelming, and mainly have things that don't even work inside anymore, yet they keep the ride, unfixed anyway

No Double Ferris Wheel aka SkyWheel. Gone but never forgotten.
And heck it do anything to being those rides back and enhanced with 2020’s advances, for this is America!🇺🇸
If Americans ever saw the scale and theming of the rides traveling around Europe? They would never look at a state fair the same way again.
@@davefroman4700 I'm definitely very curious to see those in Europe
