I love that you posted this. The first car I fell in love with was basically the same thing (94 Probe GT). I’ll have to scoop up either one of those or one of these before they become extinct.
I started posting a few videos of my attempt to get my ProbeGT back on the road. When I realized they are becoming extinct fast. Check it out if you have time. And I am also looking for a second PGT, so hard to find.
I got it in used condition from some guy. All I can say about it is it's a MOMO wheel, and the guy called it "leather-wood-titanium", because the wheel is wooden, the 3 spokes and grips are covered with leather, and the central flat area is made of a dark silver brushed metal (black on mine because I added black plastidip on it). Good luck in finding one for your MX6!
nice. I own one too. noticed your heelt & toe technique. have you done any modification to the pedals? for my its quite difficult to reach gas and brake pedal at the same time.

I gave it to my dad as a gift when he turned 60 :P It currently needs an oil change and I have to replace the front left brake caliper that seems to be grippy (that particular wheel is black from dust compared to the others), which should be taken care of when the spring kicks in with some sunny days suitable for doing mechanic!
RevoCHX Have you ever driven a Miata from this time? I do have a 2000 NB and I would love to know how an Mx6 with a V6 feels like? And what is the current Mileage on your/your dads car?
Mileage is close to 170000km I think. I've never driven an MX5 myself, but these 2 cars are quite different. The MX5 is lighter and is RWD, suitable for trackdays... The MX6 V6 is heavier with more weight on the front wheels (big engine), FWD, just good for road trips but I wouldn't put it on a track. The 2.5L V6 has a very wide power range, you can use it on torque and take the roundabouts in 4th gear at 1200 rpm, and it can scream up to more than 7500 rpm... Perfect for cruising and long accelerations without gear changes.
I wouldn't trade my KLZE Probe GT for an MX-5, and the KL weighs about the same as a BP. I'd really like to put a KL in an MX-5 those look really fun! It's a pain though, you have to make a transmission adapter, turn the intake 180* and re-configure the oil pump pickup for longitudinal.

I have 3 MX-6s: 2.o 92', 2.5V6 92' & 96'. Ｉam Buffalo from Taiwan.
They keep me company for 18 years.
I still want to keep MX-6s.

Probably not, I don't own the car anymore. It's still in the family though... but chances that I take the time to film again while I drive are low!

No modifications. I do a standard heel and toe with ankle rotation, I'm a tall guy so I have longer feet than average, but nothing extreme.
Mx6 had the same engine of the mazda millenia 2.5?

4WS is mainy useful for parking and turning in tight spaces. RX7 has no such system... ;)

It is stock exhaust. Just a little decat pipe in the middle, and a hole somewhere in the manifold :p
