I had the same mindset regarding relationships when I was at your stage. Pressure definitely increases as you grow older and see all your classmates, colleagues enter into LTR/get marries but for now no need to force anything when you're already busy with school

The point with not drinking cows milk anymore is that the production process is wack. Cows are kept constantly pregnant just to have their calfs taken away from them so that their milk can be sold to people, while the calfs are fed with specifically produce food. Thinking about it, the whole process is disgusting (as ist the thought of how meat is produced). I still drink milk and eat meat myself, but try to reduce it or at least buy from local producers where calfs can stay with their mothers (at least for some time) and the animals are more or less happy.

Yes, a little while ago I was told I was disgusting, gross, sick etc. for drinking cows milk. Suddenly it’s bad for me. Well I’ll still drink it I don’t have milk too often like I won’t have a glass of milk but I used to drink at least half a gallon of plain milk a day.
People drink as adults the milk of another species that they produced for their young - this is at the absolute very least weird and normalised so much we don't even see it. Ethical reasons aside (like the needless commodification, exploitation and mistreatment of other sentient beings and the destruction of the planet), milk has been correlated with cancer, especially endometrial and prostate cancer which isn't surprising given that it stimulates IGF1. There's a really interesting paper explaining the mechanisms when it comes to prostate cancer specifically called ''The impact of cow's milk-mediated mTORC1-signaling in the initiation and progression of prostate cancer'', I found it useful and quite an interesting read. It references meta analysis papers as well which are at the top of the evidence pyramid. I find it hilarious that most studies in favour of dairy are industry funded and they reference other studies which are also industry funded - basically cherry picking at its finest, which says a lot in and of itself. Plant based alternatives given all the data I have come across are healthier hands down and don't contain oestrogen.
