FOOD FOR LIFE Program 2006 Father Mark Goring looks at "Do not be saddened".
Fr. Mark... "Do not be saddened this day, for rejoicing in the Lord is your strength!" Not only is this the day the Lord has made, every day is holy, because God has made this day, today is holy to the Lord and because it is a holy day, because it's a gift from God, we're not allowed to be saddened.
