This is my old house, my dads the one that sunk over 1 mil into the backyard. And yes I had events with over 600 people … it’s an amazing spot. We rebuilt it almost everything we had here on our ranch in the Middle East. There’s also a dirt bike trail that wraps around the property I didn’t see mentioned! Grew up here.. it was a lot of fun.

@@pebble1968 we actually ended up using this house as inspo for one of our homes in the middle east. very very similar but much more land and stables, barns, other facilities for animals like horses and goats, cows n chickens and of course lots of dogs! -plis an entire olive orchard (which produces amazing olive oil~!! this home was almost perfect. the only thing we always wanted was more space since everything you see is on about 1.5 acres i believe so 10+ at the ranch made it perfect !
All that for ONLY $3,225,000? That has got to be THEE cheapest (compared to everything else in CA and even in Las Vegas), Estate/ Mansion I've ever seen! There has to be a catch? If not, definitely a steal!!!!!
you think thats wild? look at the history.. we bought in 04 for 1.2 BUT it was barebones judt built surrounded by dirt we added everything outside ourselves. even changing it ftom septic to tied in with the city- plis a ridiculous amount of grading and retaining walls since irgionally it was a steep drop down a hill 20 ft ouyside the backdoor so we could use all the space possible
There was a TH-camr who showed this home he was house shopping but he like the basketball court. But this house is awesome wish I had the money to buy it. Awesome beautiful home
there are photos online and am mtv teen cribs episode that show the inside when we lived there and its mch different . one of the sellers a while back stripped it down to all white, even the pillars at the main entrance hat were professionally painted to look like marble, he painted white.. and then some vvery basic fuurniture pit in and since then ive thought the same thing no matter how many times its been listed.. !

if you google the ddress, youll see photos from the first time it was listed after 2012 ish i think- that includes pro photos at night that were taken directly after i redesigned the outdoor lighting, its absolutely gorgrous in photos but even more stunning in person..
I have palms at my house. When the wind comes it's a tremendous mess. One thing when I'm looking for a house is to minimize palm trees. That's just me.
I used to live here and helped design the yard, we had the huge oaks transported by huge semis and then craned in.. not the type of property you take care of yourself, we used to have a staff take care of the yard
hah yeah we had the opposite idea- these palms were brought in by semi trucks and then a crane was built in the backyard (it was alll still dirt at the time, the palms were the start and anchor for everything after ) each palm was lifted and installed by the crane- ... the wildest part is watching each one be lowered down into pre dug holes that arnt anywhere near as deep as youd expect for the 60+ foot tall palms and . pnly a couple feet, enough to bury the bulb at base and they somehow stayed upeight...
Who is this mr yakimura you keep talking about? The man who designed and built this home was not asian and that was not his name. We bought the home brand new from him in 04.
