I first started to spend a fair bit of time in BKK in 1995 onwards and I used to go the hard rock cafe in Siam sq and it was really good every so often all the bar staff used to stop and headbang together it was quite funny, there's nothing cheap about central bangkok although cheap street food can be had near markets, thanks for sharing.
