I think most shops if you order an in stock item (the date stickers) with preorder items, they will ship together. So shops typically say not to order them together if you want the in stock item faster. I preordered with Catherine last year and this year, I think she has communicated well when the preorder happened the month they would ship which was late September and October and for the most part she managed that even with all the factory issues. I currently have a wonderland222 and have used them for years, they have sold planners for years meanwhile Catherine’s first planner release was 2023. Hopefully people can give her grace and patience because she has fulfilled orders in a timely fashion and when there was a delay she was quick to inform people. But you can’t please everyone.
Please don’t get me wrong, I love Catherine. I still use every month her subscription and will use her planners.
But it is okay to be upset that the planner did not arrive on time for the purpose of the purchase. And I do understand everyone who is reselling or upset because of it. Mainly those who still haven’t receive theirs.
I understand it was out of her hands and she mentioned that in her website, still that does not mean customers are not allowed to feel bad about it :) :)
Again, I love her products and use them every single month it’s just a matter of this specific experience.
Of course, everyone is allowed to feel disappointment especially if they’re still waiting. This comment’s purpose is to add another perspective for people who might consider buying, that she wasn’t delayed an entire month or something. Catherine has been transparent every step of the way, more than other planner shops. And I think she’s done a wonderful job of trying to get planners to everyone even when she was met with delays that she couldn’t control.
I still don't have mine. Shipped to the UK last week, but tracking says they haven't sent it. About to order Papertess out of sheer impatience!

I actually did that. I ordered PaperTess the 17th and they will be delivered tomorrow. I am finishing with my SI for this year and switching. I found I don’t like vertical weeks. I still haven’t received my planners from her and ordered July 4th.
I am still waiting for my weeks sterling ink, I also got the gold edges not knowing it would take longer..I’m ok waiting though as long as I get it before Jan 😱 alsoooo how did you convert your TN into rings!! That is so nifty! Thanks for sharing I’m glad you found the planner you needed for work❤
Hi!!!! Crossing fingers that you get it before Jan, is my understanding that all preorders were already shipped so you may get it soon!
Omg I posted a short about it so you can check step by step, but basically I bought a rings clear cover super cheap on Amazon last year so I took off the rings and attached them to the TN (check the short if you get a chance). If you want the link to the Rings I can send you on instagram ❤️

Love Wonderland222’s business ethic. They always ship fast quality products and the last time I ordered multiple things they contacted me to refund my shipping and combined my orders. They didn’t have to do that but they are an honest company who stand by their products.
I love their planner and they are super nice as well! I hope next year they release an all in one for A6 size!
