Bro what kind of wire is the pink wire which is connected to one end of reed switch and R on LED. Is this thin insulated wire?
Yes that is just thin insulated wire
@@JLsMakerSpace Thank you
Please make a rechargeable bails so we don't have to change the battery please make rechargeable bails❤🙏
Maybe in the future
But make sure to make it
Love from Pakistan🇵🇰
2:09 what was that plz explain
This is a N/C and N/O reed switch. You need to get one, then hook it up to the circuit. When a magnet is near it, the lights turn off but when a magnet is far away the lights turn on. If we put the reed switch in the bail and a magnet on the stumps, the bails will light up when the magnet is far away form the stumps.
You really did a great work but
Will battery not get heated ??
No, I haven't had any problems with the battery getting hot.
@@JLsMakerSpace I got 🤣🤣
So that's why I asked but finally using another technique I did it
Keep growing may God bless you 🙏🙏
Be a very hard worker, god bless you❤
What's that sensor called? When the magnet get close light turn off tell me plzz
The sensor is called a "Normally Closed Reed Switch." (N.C Reed Switch)www.ebay.com.au/itm/363858098315?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=0TWTOMx7QBG&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=ltlopwvlr0w&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

For the sensor, I used a Normally Closed Reed Switch. If you have any other questions I will be happy to answer. Please subscribe!
@Ashish Mishra You can get them pretty much anywhere online, like eBay and Amazon.
I got mine here:

we need normally open reed switch not an closed reed switch
haha sorry for the confusion, just buy both
@@JLsMakerSpace hello sir i just want to ask about these switches, may be im wrong but maybe 'normally open reed switch' means when it comes with the contact of magnet then the led will light up, but we need the led to light up when the sensor lost contact with the magnet. so i guess we need 'normally closed reed switch'. please guide me on this.

@@swarupmaity-qd9wu what did you want to say?
@@JLsMakerSpace you mentioned in the description that you need NORMALLY OPEN REED SWITCH, but you actually need NORMALLY CLOSED REED SWITCH
Light name
12v red LED strip/bar light
@@JLsMakerSpace thank you
Please share the list of material required
I used:
12v red LED light strips/bar
22mm outer diamitter pvc pipe
Small 12v battery (I think it was A23)
Battery holder
Wires
Clear plastic (from plastic bottles)
Electrical black tape
Thin wood dowels for the spigots
Bottle caps
Epoxy glue
Reed switch
Bro I have a question
how does the magnet prevent it from lighting up
The bail has a sensor called a reed switch in one of the wooden spigot ends. If the reed switch is near a magnet, a tiny metal switch inside it moves and switches off. If the reed switch is moved away from the magnet, the little switch comes back in contact, completing the circuit and lighting up the bails. This can only happen when there is no magnet nearby.
Thanks for the reply man! Keep it up!
Normally closed reed switch kaha milega plz bataiye😶
