Postal ID card is free and for only departmental employees.
Identification card issued by Ho to travellers for ₹9- for identification purposes.

Sir india post website lo identification card with value addition (application fee+ processing fee)- 20+250 ani undi sir....
That service is not available now. Some mistakes are there in India Post website.
For ex: www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/DOP_PDFFiles/postal_rates_062021.pdf
Here you find aerogram rate as ₹15 whereas actual revised rate is ₹20 as per the same website: www.indiapost.gov.in/MBE/Pages/Content/international-letter.aspx
Similarly, COD rates: www.indiapost.gov.in/MBE/Pages/Content/-Business-Solution-SP.aspx, here it says ₹5000 for COD in slab rate but its changed and now it is ₹6500 slab as per www.indiapost.gov.in/MBE/Pages/Content/COD.aspx
