ADORABLE! Luce...her smile makes me smile. Her laugh makes me LOL! I am visiting Italy Alps from the comfort of my home in Chicago, thanks! to you guys. The nativity scenes are so creative. Out here in the US, baby Jesus gets stolen from the displays at churches and private residences. It's nice to see in this town in Italy they are not disturbed. My husband has been ill and will be having a surgery on Feb. 1. So, we cannot travel, or so I thought. Now that we have been welcomed into your family, we are traveling with you. Beautiful, peaceful scenery and music. Sending you all virtual hugs from New Jersey, USA 🇺🇸.

What a lovely little trip in the Italian Alps!! I had no idea how quaint and beautiful the little villages are!! So happy for the 3 of you to be able to travel such a short distance to find spectacular views and places you haven't visited before!! To see Luca driving and so full of joy, is a sight to behold!! It was very nice to see you take a road trip; Italian Alps are beautiful. I love the little old villages with all the small stone buildings and narrow streets and alleys. I love all the Christmas decorations and live pets outside in the cages, the bunnies and white pigeon. We say the same in Romanian language for the bread sticks"grisine" and the potatoe/veggie salad with mayonnaise Luka was showing in that little diner we call "boeuf" or potatoe salad. It's got potatoes, meat (beef, or chicken), peas, carrots, eggs, pickles, and olives, all boiled , minced and mixed with mayonnaise, and arranged nicely on a plate, and decorated with olives, parsley, carrot slices, and pickles, It's a nice salad, as a cold dish. It was nice to see you guys take a road trip even if it's winter. Nature is healing for you both. And Luce is absolutely adorable, you can tell she is a story telller already. She is such a happy, bubbly baby, a little treasure. I want to suggest, buy a jolly jumper and attach it to the ceiling and put Luce in it and let her jump up and down. I think she would love it. Lovely video, thank you, and you guys have a Merry Christmas as well. God bless you with the real meaning of Christmas, and lots of good health. 🙂

My first child did the same thing to me when I was going out the door to a job interview.Didn't find it until I got back home and was hanging up my coat. Oh well. Life is still beautiful 37 years later. Thanks for the tour of the Italian Alps!

Really nice road trip. Glad Luca is feeling good and ready to explore again. Don't push yourself if you get tired. Take it easy and have a safe and healthy Christmas. Those little villages are so quaint but deserted. Young people move away and leave the older ones to take care of the village. Love the Christmas displays and decorations and the yummy food. That second village especially...where was everybody? Somebody must be there for all those little decorative scenes to have been displayed so nicely. It was strange.

It always amazes me how they build these massive churches and homes just hanging off the sides of mountains or perched on the very top of mountains. And they are old, so you know that human labor did the building not modern technology. Just beautiful.

That was such a beautiful, scenic trip and the food looked very delicious, and a gorgeous place to spend the night at beautifully refurbished villa there. It such a wonderful view of small villages that have such beautiful Christmas scenes they made as well as handmade nativity scenes everywhere. It is so gorgeous to see these lovely places in the mountain valleys so close to your home and close to the hospital in Turin. My father was sick and just didn’t wake up one morning after being in the hospital to get better. I remember not saying I love you to him the night before. After that me and my mom always said I love you if we were leaving each other to go to work or whatever. Because you never know what is going to happen, so I understand. But on a happier note. The Italian Alps are beautiful. They remind me of where I live near Pike's Peak in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Except the Italian Alps have cute villages. We have old and abandoned mining camps.
