    Hello Delson, thanks for the clarity about mental, verbal and bodily formations and relaxation. You mentioned about neuroplasty, is it possible to share some more scientific information on neuroscience related to formations?
    This video is a great help in understanding clearly. I am able to meditate and understand the relaxation step.

    Hi, just want to clarify. Around 33min, Bro Delson explain it with old kamma. As we know when Buddha explained dependent of origination, he never used old/new kamma in Sutta, except we found on commentaries. Is there any reason why he explain it with old and new kamma? Buddha explained all the links occurred simultaneously due to conditions if we check. If/when 1 link is broken, you break the whole link. That is you are awaken and fully conscious (vijja) on all the present experience. You have end the suffering. Joe.
