I love Condors paint scheme. It is so much of an improvement over all of these other stale paint schemes of other airlines. They really draw your attention to their aircraft just like Braniff 1 did back in the 1960s and 70s. "The End of the Plain Plane."
All though I am sad their 767s are gone, I definitely agree that this livery has grown on me and the A330Neo is still my favorite modern wide-body. The vertical lines still are odd, but at least they are bringing back a multi-colored fleet like Air West & Braniff International did over 50 years ago! I think this livery will always look goofy, but I’m glad to see some cool colors in the sky again! Nice catches as always Alex!
I was there for the first condor flight to calgary! i had no clue that they hadn’t flown for 5 years, but unfortunately my sd card broke so i no longer have those photos but it was very cool to see their first flight back!
@@sebsaviationyyc uhh i’m not familiar with a snowbird but if ur taking about the military i believe they also came that day but since it was raining i couldn’t really stay for long

The landings are indeed a Cats Lick, impressive. I saw the Green one, or a Green one leaving YVR yesterday at 6.30 pm. It used a lot of real estate, but climbed out pretty steep. Nice filming Alex, and the weird livery starts to grow on me a bit. At least you can recognize it from FAR away. Ciao to all Alex fans.
Hi Alex, big fan of your videos! I'm curious, where do you usually film your plane spotting? I've tried a few locations, but either parking is difficult or they're too far from the landing zone.

6:25 wow that plane is super new. You can see the color of engine cone. It's a beautiful blue color from the titanium, but once it's exposed to heat for a long time, it will turn grey color. Seeing that fresh shiny blue like that just means the plane/the engine is super new.
I was wonder what kind of plane is that because I saw it a few times on the toronto skyline… also hopefully the WestJet strike will be done before September. Because I am flying with WestJet lol

It's all for marketing and for this it is working perfect. People turn around their heads and talk about it. Nobody does this for Air Canada or Delta or Lufthansa. And by the way: It's all a matter of taste, said the monkey and bit into the soap. From most of the comments here, I can see that it's popular and there's no accounting for taste.
In the next 3 months or so: “I Flew on Condor from Calgary!” I’m calling it now 😂😂

Only two airlines now. 12x weekly Discover and 2x weekly Condor. Air Canada dropped YYC-FRA back in October.

I'm not a fan of the poker chip livery but Condor seems to offer a pretty decent inflight product for a leisure carrier.

I am German, I miss the nonstop flights Frankfurt to Yyc and back with Air Canada. The Service was better! Also the business class!
