Kaleo band members are: Jökull Júlíusson, guitar and Singer. Davíð Antonsson, drums and vocals. Daníel Ægir, Kristjánsson bass. Rubin Pollock, guitar and vocals.
Kaleo is a Hawaiian word meaning "the sound". The band, however is Icelandic! Magic is still real in Iceland. 😁 The singer is Jokull Juliusson, otherwise known as JJ. JJ recently had the privilege of singing a new song, "Lonely Cowboy" at the Grand Ole Opry.
Your next songs should be Way Down We Go and No Good. Another band that I think kind of goes along with Kaleo (although their sound is different so I can't explain why I think this) is Nathaniel Ratliff and the Night Sweats. Maybe both of them are bluesy? Their first song I heard is called SOB and is fun and heartbreaking all at the same time.
The only band that I know of that's played on a glacier and inside of a volcano! 😳
What?!?!?
@@brittreacts want the links? They lowered they're equipment INSIDE of a dormant volcano! And also played on a freakin floating glacier! 🤯

From a hip hop head.. This band is my secret pleasure. I've actually purchased all of their music
Have seen them 3x and they never disappoint…. So amazing
Love Kaleo, his music is a treat for the senses. His voice stirs my soul.

Their new song is USA Today and it's AMAZING!
Literally just listened to it for the first time (yes I’m very late) but man is that song an absolute banger!!
This band is so good. Epically good. How do we bring them up to the front of pack? They are SO GOOD.
The best part about Kaleo is that they’re legitimately better live. I would highly recommend going to a concert if you ever get the chance.
100% taylor. said if since i saw him thanks for validating that lol. awesome reaction as always!
I am so happy I sent this to you. the facial expressions were worth it!
Way Down We Go live in a volcano is a must. Their cover of Sonny Bono's Bang, Bang is another great one.
My favorite band! Other great songs of theirs Rock and Roller, No Good, All the Pretty Girls, Skinny, Hey Gringo, Lonely Cowboy. Skinny is the best.
Always nice to see another reaction to my Icelandic brothers 😊
This song goes hard live.

Please. Iceland doesn't produce musicians like that. Stop gaslighting the yanks

Love this song. And totally agree with you, the drummer does a fabulous job
I adore Kaleo (KAH-layo). You should check out "Break My Baby - Live at Pridrangar" such a great video and song.
"Alter Ego" is some of their finest work.
This is ❤!
Well check out Backbone, that’s absolute gold👍🏼
