    BTW the big - extra - tank is the Ad Blue tank simply. The extra size fuel tank (80 lit as opposed to 60 or 66) is NOT here but fully under the car.

    In the 2019 E300 sedan it's a bloody nightmare: it's in the back of the lights switch..
    It's much more easy in this model..

      Yes, that was the first place i was examining since the available videos in internet told so. I can Imagine that being more tricky to change.

    I had an oxidized negative terminal. After replacing the battery, the backup battery malfunctions again. Moved (Just a little) all the fuses and relays in the sam module (in the trunk) . The problem is gone.
    Glk 220. I bought varta moto agm ytx14-4. There is no ( moscow) Silver varta with valve.

    It's not not the Volts that they are changing: it's the Amps you should looking for ( when connected )

    That’s not an “oversized gas tank”. It’s the DEF tank.

    • @KennethSteen
      @KennethSteen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yep I know now. Will soon post a video on how you refill the AdBlue..

      @@KennethSteen it’s easy but Benz made it inconvenient. Should’ve had it in the filler door with diesel fuel. Would make it easy to top off.

    Did the start stop eventually work afterwards?
    Also have you had any issues with the electronics since the battery type is slightly different ?

    • @KennethSteen
      @KennethSteen  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, yes start/stop came back to happy life. No problems whatsoever

    I don't think that is your "extra" large gas tank! Looks like a DEF tank.

    • @KennethSteen
      @KennethSteen  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I dont know DEF, whats that?

      @@KennethSteen DEF is Diesel Exhaust Fluid, www.discoverdef.com/def-overview/faq/#def it cleans the exhaust gases of diesels engines.
      Here is a TH-cam video of an owner adding DEF to his car, th-cam.com/video/Kd2bD98us34/w-d-xo.html however, if you get your Mercedes serviced at a dealership, most likely they have been adding it to your car during typical oil changes.
