Hi! I recently discovered this technique and videos (tried pomodoro 25 / 5 before but didn't work for me) and with these videos everything is easier, it became a critical part of my work routine. The music and the awesome landscapes are also very helpful, and my productivity increased! One thing I'm wondering when I see these videos is about the setup. The Lamp, and the steam thingy... What are they for? Are they important?
