    I blend celery with ginger and lime & it does wonders for my skin, sleep and gout. I’ve never juiced it as of yet, but I’ll most probably give it a try.

      @@ryanmunroe9030 Was told I needed to take meds for life and that changing my diet wouldn’t be enough to lower my uric-acid levels. Well they were wrong!
      Your are what you eat. Don’t get me wrong I have changed my diet and now eat mostly plant based and natural foods. But I can still eat practically anything, long as I don’t over do it.
      I’ve lost 5 stone in weight by switching to natural clean foods, I’m almost at my recommended weight which should help combat this condition also.
      If you want to be “gout free,” you need to do what it takes. Many sadly won’t, due to their eating addictions and poor habitual lifestyles.
      I now Juice Celery every morning and drink it on a empty stomach. Drink pure ginger tea and continue to control my diet.
      Gout is a crippling and EXTREMELY painful condition so I know what your going through. But if you willing to do what it takes it can be done!
      I wish you all the best, you can do it 💪.

    Nice job explaining the celery juice method as outlined by Anthony, the Medical Medium.Thanks. I believe you covered it well- drink 16 ounces, preferably organic on an empty stomach in the morning; don't have fats for a few hours so the solvency of the celery juice can give our insides a good cleanse...limit fats in general.

    How to fit celary juice in your monring routine?
    I'm a student and I managed to fit celary juice and heavy metal detox smothie in my morninr routine without having to wake up extremely early.
    Wake up at 6am
    Half an hour to get ready (shower get dressed etc)
    20 min to juice celary, drink and clean juicer
    20 min to blend, drink heavy metal detox smothie and clean blender
    And you are good to go
    Classes start at 8am and I wake up two hours earlyer: 1'5 to get ready and 0'5 to get to class.
    I think this can be helpful for people with bussy life, cause I feel like waking up two hours before being at class or work is something that a lot of people can do. Her morning routine is amazing, no doubts it's great for the body and the mind. But unfortunately not everyone has time in the morning to do yoga, drink water, walk, celary etc. That's why I wanted to share my routine.
    Anyways, great video!!!

    I must mention that celery are growing from the soil which is attached by the celery while it grow. Therefore each stock must be very very well washed at its base. The second is not to cut it in smaller pieces before washing it because the cuts could absorb dirty water in.

      Hi! I too would love to know how your celery gets on. I've just discovered someone on YT who talks about planting about 2nches (about 5cms...I think) of the base cut off. I'll have to look it up and I'll put it here. I did that with a piece of fresh horse radish I had sent to me to make fire cider. I decided to cut off the top bit of the root and see what happens. I was right - it has grown!! :D I have planted the celery today, & my next one will be planted tomorrow. It'll take a while before one can rely on having one's own celery bc it doesn't multiply like potatoes.
      Love your video with all the interesting details. I started today with the celery juice. Thank you 🙏👍💕

    Today was my first fresh celery juicing experience. You are right about the YT videos out there that vary from the making and therefore vary from the results. It amazes me that the first comment I hear is that it is so expensive but those that complained about the price were not considering the cost of good health vs. the cost of getting their nails done, or the expensive make up they wear, their expensive gym clothing (that does nothing unless the diet is balanced) or other non-essentials than their health. The second problem with their juicing is that it takes too long to prepare. Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. It is how one chooses to spend their time.
    I liked your video and the fact that you refer everyone back to the source of the celery juicing guru, Anthony William. Thank you. 👌

    I'm on day 2, but started off with one celery bunch, which, yesterday, made 600 mls (20 FL Oz). I shared it with my hubby, so, 300mls each. Today's bunch made 500 mls, so, a but less each. I have bought a cheap slow juicer called amzchef, for 100 €. It's a horizontal juicer. I bought 2 vertical slow juicers before - a nightmare to dismantle for cleaning & reassembling (need rock-climber hands!) ...don't know why I thought the verticals would be better!!!?? Anyway my little el cheapo is amazing - dismantling & reassembling is a breeze! I tried a blender, but it would " spin air" without water, so I had to add it, which is a big no-no. Today, I'm going to buy double the amount probably non-organic bc, for 2 bunches of organic celery, it cost 7€50...

      Yes, bunches can be so different! I've had a bunch that made 500ml and other times I needed 3 bunches for the same amount... Glad to hear you found a good juicer! I'm still using my centrifuge one. For blender juice you'd need a really powerful one like Vitamix.

    If pure celery juice is bitter, I recommend using carrots in your extractor first and then add in a smaller amount of virtually any vegetable. Even cucumbers and green peppers. As long as you use carrots as your base, you can use almost anything.

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for your tips. However, the whole point of drinking celery juice is to drink it pure. According to Anthony William it won't work when mixed with other juices or any ingredients. It's ok to drink it with other juices, but the healing benefits lay in the pure juice.

Certainly, I would not characterize this as miraculous up to this point, but there's an improvement for sure. I’m excited to start tomorrow. I’ll go through the book tomorrow. I read that a cold press/ slow juicer needs less celery and you can refrigerate the juice 24 hrs. Not so with the centrifuge juicers. You must drink it right away. It will cost more in celery.

    I red Anthony’s William books.
    Thanks for sharing it and I am glad it made you feel better. I liked the fact you presented it as per book .
    We all have our specific ailments and inherited health traits which is very individual.
    Anthony s books are brilliant and I agree it takes a lot of time, money and discipline to make it happen.
    I am also incorporating the celery juice in my morning routine . As it is recommended to drink it first thing in the morning it is a real habit change for me, I always had the coffee first thing when I woke up. After the hot lemon tea , with breakfast.
    Also makes one more mindful of time -needing to allow 20-30 minutes before breakfast (fat free and sugar free ) or in between drinking teas or even water.
    There is evidence to say that juices we make we need to drink very slowly . The equivalent of time as we would eat the fruit and vegetable we juice . The celery would take a fair amount of time to chew and digest therefore the juice needs to be drank very slowly to allow absorption . Drinking it fast ( we all know how rushed mornings can be) may explain why many people experience frequent and urgent runs to toilet .
    Overall, it is a great and valid addition to any one’s diet.

      @@sadiaamjad1912 Hi! According to Anthony William nothing should be mixed into celery juice to claim its health benefits. Celery juice alone won't work wonders. For dietary intervention I would recommend Dr. Michael Greger's How Not to Die amzn.to/2Z8Ochs

    Just a question, why not add water to it? I’ve been juicing celery for 5 days now with water though.

      Hi! According to Antony William it loses its healing powers if you mix anything into the juice. You can read more from his book or his website.

    My body really needs me to do this but I can't get down straight celery juice. It just tastes awful and wants to rise back up. Any suggestions on what to mix it with to get started?

      Hi! You're not supposed to mix it with anything to get the health benefits. Try different bunches and different shades of green. I've found that some taste really nice while others can be quite bitter. Start with smaller quantities and sip it slowly.

    Can you drink celery juice if you've had your gall bladder removed?

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Citing Anthony William's book Celery Juice: Celery juice is critical for people who've had gallbladder surgery. [...] These people usually have a hard time breaking up and digesting fats, and not only does CJ help indirectly by aiding the liver, it also helps directly break down and disperse fats, offering relief to someone who's living without a gallbladder. Read more from his book amzn.to/2XDpDsm All the best!

    Hi sorry just wanted to know how much celery do we use? Stalks?

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! I used 2 stalks (the same size as I'm holding). You probably need less if you have masticating juicer (I have centrifuge).
