I helped care for Ernie's mother while she was in the nursing home........one of the sweetest little women I ever knew. We had a special way of "communicating".....she would always hug me after I put her in bed. God blesses us in so many ways, sometimes with special people you meet.

My heart and soul just gets so blessed listening to your music. It's hard to find a good church to go to anymore they aren't like they use to be. The preachers and christians are not like they where when I was growing up, they would come check on you and pray for you if you were sick and so on,but not anymore. But I truly get blessed from your songs I get chills every time I hear your songs. And I really thank God for your faithfulness and trust in the Lord God.

This song is absolutely beautiful ❤️. It is so heart felt & true. Just last year October 26th I watched my loving mother die as I stood by her bed. I tried not to cry like she told me a few days before. To always remember that she loves me and to look in my heart when I need her. Said she was ready to go home and be with the one she praised all her life, her Lord and savior Jesus Christ. The love she gave me was great, but for Jesus was even greater. If you really love someone you have to be brave enough to let them go where they will be happier. 'Heirline' you are gracious in your ways of God's teachings in spreading his words for all to hear. Thank you very much for being willing to do this in your life. 😃❤️.👼God gave you a gift & glad your using it to touch the hearts of others. ❣️😇
Ernie I am trying to remember this song that I am not finding in your list I use to have it on disc from one of your concerts when Gary was with you all. I want to hear that song again and cant even remember the lines just that it was a favorite and had and awesome message as many of your songs do. Being one of ten children,a loving Praying mother taking in sewing ,laundry .Yes whatever to keep her children in food and clothing and shelter .raised six by herself.I would not trade my childhood on church benches JESUS in mama kept us and brought us all to JESUS.
The entire side of my biological father disowned me and he was never a father to me, because of a birth defect. Mothers side of the family as well, but a few from Mother's side raised me. From my birth to now and I am 65 years, the hurt remains. If I could go home to Jesus now I would. But I want to show that have never been accepted and loved in their flesh and blood family, that I love them. Those that have been thrown away are capable of the greatest compassion. Jesus Christ came unto His own and His own received Him not. I have received Him, and hoping for healing of my battered heart.
