Ingredients:-
.500 gm white chana
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp carom seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp pomegranate powder
kasoori methi
salt to taste
ginger Julien
4-5 green chillies
.700 gm wheat flour
2 tbsp rava
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp baking powder
Kasoori methi
