Gubble and Gubble 2 are games I grew up with and still own the original discs for. In fact, just a month ago I went on a kick getting a bunch of my old games up and running. Gubble is genuinely a pretty good pac-man esque game and the dev recenky cleaned it up and put it on steam. Cool coincidence that Joseph Sauceman is checking it out now too Edit: just watched further and found out joel discovered this. Very cool!
My neighbor rises chickens for his own personal use and the rooster scream isn't so bad. The stock one is annoying as hell, but the actual rooster sound is neither too loud or too annoying.
My aunts used to have chickens while they were in a village. We sometimes stayed there and when you sleep in a wooden house with terrible sound isolation, you do hear them a lot. They used to wake me up at like 5 am and keep screaming for like 20 minutes. Maybe it was their specific roosters that had terrible screams who knows.
I've heard rooster cries in every village I lived in before moving to a city, it was always fine. Then my mum once had two tiny Silkie roosters whose craws were irregular and ear-piercing, they scared the cats
Shareware madness, jaaaaa för fan JOEL! Du får börja göra mer av dom, sket roligt. Married with Children är ju awesome. Tydligen så gillar inte Amerikanerna den serien, men här i Sverige var det populärt som fan, kollade mycket på det när jag växte upp.
@@MaxiemumKarnage I guess how you look at it. The show definetly attracted a crowd it didn't intend to attract. 3:00:52 It is called Virtua Cop 2, it is just the North American version of the game for PC being called like that for unknown reasons (ESRB guidelines, likely).
It wasn't the ESRB (the Saturn version had the same rating and kept the original title), it was because Digital Café (yes, the Chex Quest people) had taken out a trademark for a PC "interactive video comic book" called "Virtual Cop" before Sega even released the first game in arcades.
I have pure nostalgia for Gubble 1, it was one of the many games that I used to play on my dad's PC and I was quite surprised to know that the game was also ported to the PlayStation 1. Glad to see this childhood classic is still being held for more people to experience it, such a simple yet fun spin on the Pac-Man formula.
It's me, I'm the person whose favorite game is Nelda Nockbladder's Anatomy Lesson, I played it so much as a kid. You've gotta figure out how to make it work, watching a video does not properly convey its insanity
Gubble 1 had suuuuch good music. I went back and listened to the music and I literally remember the songs from like 25+ years ago. I remember nothing else of the game.
Syndicate Wars is unironically a very cool game, it'd be worth doing at least a few streams of. It also has has language options, including a Swedish one, complete with speech and all, and it's honestly not bad.
ok i was COMPLETELY caught off guard by the like 20 something seconds of a simcity 4 song midi (thtat was sc4m02 its actually called by the bay). in a good way im glad to hear it
Hey Joey, I know we haven't talked in a while, but remember Ross Scott of Freemans Mind? He's working on a super important project and needs your help specifically. Go check out what he's been up to my man.
I tried it in both Windows 98SE and 3.11 and it worked, so I guess Joel's Windows install is just too extra crusty. It can hang the whole system so quickly and thoroughly when it breaks hard enough because it's a 16-bit executable that doesn't work with preemptive multitasking.
Requesting queue position on the CPU, not getting it, and them continuing to request until it has taken up the entire cache. Back in the day really malicious software would do this to stop antivirus sweeps, because the antivirus can't do anything if it can't send any instructions to the CPU. Seeing a cache clog induced CPU stall in real life from a tiny little program designed to read the time is funny.
