3,50? That price was only back in 2017 😁😅😅
Jetzt 9euro in NRW
How much is it nowadays?
@@spartanlion2819 9 💶 🇪🇺 😔
@@spartanlion2819 in Germany Landstuhl City of Kaiserslautern it’s for 5€, 5,50 € and in Kaiserslautern the close places Döner is for 4,50 €, 5€, 5,50€ and 6€’s . Its the west part where i live in near to Trier and Luxemburg 🇱🇺
@@spartanlion2819 in my country its 1$
Döner was invented in Bursa in 1880s.😅
I think you mean 1860's.
Although some dude in Kastamonu invent the dish few decades before that too.
If Döner is around 7€ in my village, it's probably like 10€ in the city now. Also the crucial ingredient beside the meat are the raw cabbage and onions, they bring the special flavor. Also it's not in the same category as Schnitzel. Döner and Bratwurst are street food, Schnitzel is home cooking or restaurant. We have a special Schnitzel variant, Schnitzel-Brötchen, for street food.
As a Turkish guy i can confirm that Döner Kebap wasn't invented in Berlin in 1972 but rather it was made by the Ottomans during the 19th century, although Döner Kebap was made more international and popular in other places than Türkiye by the Immigrants you mentioned
Well, we are speaking of the German döner, quite different from the Turkish
@@daginn896 There is no such thing as German Döner, but you mean "Döner in Germany", since that's a Turkish food made in Germany by Turks. Döner was brought to Germany by Turkish immigrants.
If you make a Spaghetti in USA, it doesn't end up being called "American Spaghetti", right? It is still a Spaghetti.
@@crazykano Ofc there is such a thing as German Döner. That is German food of Turkish influence made in Germany. It's not Turkish, it us German. If it was Turkish it would have been made in Turkey. Neither does it follow recipes, it is adopted to suit German palattes.
@@crazykano Actually it does, hence American pizzs such as New York style and Chicago style pizza. Hence Texmex, Amercan style of tacos etc. Hence American Goulash, nothing like the original Hungarian variant. If the spaghetti does not follow Italian recipes, it becomes Americanized.
@@daginn896 Lol. German food of Turkish influence? 🤣 what influence? Döner was being made by Turks even in Ottoman era before Turks brought it to Germany, what are you talking about? Döner has been made in Turkey by Turks for centuries. It was introduced to Germany by Turks in 1970s or 80s. Just because Turkish döner chefs changed its ingredients to suit German palatte doesn't make it German. So you can choose to deny and remain ignorant as much as you want but it doesn't change those facts. Thanks for making me laugh. 🤣
I left Berlin to live in Asia 5 years ago and let me tell you. Döner Kebab is by far the one thing I miss the most. Just for old times sake:
Einmal Kräuter-Scharf, Salat komplett bitte 😭
The Dutch kapsalon has now made it to se Asia also.. depends where you live, you ll be amazed they have imported it could be

Doner exists since ottomans. It was invented by Ottoman Turks.
Yes döner but not kebab in the bread

"It is actually invented in Berlin by a Turkish guest worker in 1972." The only thing invented in Berlin is putting sauce and salad on it, which really ruins the whole deal. Doner is most probably invented in Ankara. The real doner is Ankara yaprak doner.
That style was invented in Berlin
@@xymzkNo. That's not true. We Turks regulary eat foods with bread, there's nothing special about Döner, it's just a another Turkish Kebap.
Dinner kebab 😂

Eating döner and drinking beer at the same time is just so wrong
Yeah eating Döner is so wrong.
Couple of beers first, then the kebab on the way home 👌
Get some info, before you upload a video. Döner, even its name is Turkish, was totally invented in Türkiye.. Vertical one was born in Bursa, Türkiye and horizontal one, which I think you have no idea about it, was in Oltu, Erzurum, Türkiye. Turkish auslanders just put some Souce in it, that's it. And it is because of the taste of the meat. In Türkiye have nothing to hide that's why we don't use so much souces. All right? Get some info.
Not only sauce, the modern variety with sandwich was invented in Germany by a turkish immigrant, kebab of course existed longer
(turkish immigrant in Germany explained that)

German version of doner is not good. Im turkish. There is one place I found thats close to the real thing but not the one in the video. Thats a germanized doner😅
Afiyet olsun....
Its doner not dinner
Döner Kebab invented in Berlin . Really… So what were the Ottomans eating… Currywurst.
The ancestor of Döner is Cağ kebab. Döner kebab was invented 150 years ago by standing Cağ Kebab vertically by a master in Turkey. Cağ Kebab, the ancestor of Döner kebab, was invented by the first Turk who came to Anatolia. Germany is nowhere to be found on the doner journey. Spraying mayonnaise on doner does not make it another meal, don't be ridiculous.
That's not mayonnaise bro
Mayonnaise? You must be thinking of doner kebab in the UK. 🤣 The ones in Germany have Turkish sauces like cacik and acili ezme, Turkish çoban salatasi and it's served in a Turkish ramazan pidesi flatbread as a kind of sandwich. Very Turkish but this particular style is standardised in kebab shops in Germany, which is why it has become known as "German style döner". Maybe it would be more correct to say "Turkish döner in the style that is very popular in Germany now". It's known as the "dönertasche" in Germany. They also mostly seem to have beef or chicken döner and not often lamb.
Far better ones than Mustafa's...
its a chicken gyro
Türkiyede 80 TL 😔😔😔😔😔
What the hail... So cheap
It's 8.30 not 3.50
its invented in the netherlands by turkish dutch people stop lying
I believe any Turk or Greek can see that these wraps are very low quality.
Huh how about that! 😃
Dinner 😂
Döner is not Berlin Cousine.. DÖner word is Turkish word.. Döner is making by Turkish Chefs in Germany.. Döner belongs to Turkish Cousine.. First Döner shop is opened at 80s at Germany.. So question.. Is pizza belongs to German cousine? No Right ? It belongs to İtalian cousine.. So Isn't pizza making at Germany? Yes it is.. But why pizza is not belong to german cousine? ... Same thing..
this type is invented from a turk in berlin, turkish döner is different and berlin has more dönershops than istanbul : --->>> its not a berlin cousine...

It’s pronounced ‘Donner’ Kebab, not ‘dinner’ kebab…😂
In 2023 its 4.50€ now 😢
Bro for me it’s 5,70€
4.50 sound like a dream
Doner kebab is Britain's national dish too 😂
Hahaha... Doner belongs to Turkey.. All doner shops around the world are just replica.. Germany has a doner restaurants, UK has too.. But you must know that probably a Turkish chef opened it.. Think like that.. There is a sushi restaurant at UK or Germany right? So Does it make sushi belong to UK or germany? No of course... Sushi is a Japanese food.. Same thing.. Doner is a Turkish food.. Belongs to Turkish cousine.. Because of this there is no German or UK doner... There is just doner which made in UK or Germany.. :))
