Frankly the rate at which the lands got sold is the real value in fact lower. Due to black money involved the correct rates are not out. We tried buying land in Narsingi and land rates were 1.8L to 2.3L per square yard. In these lands only 5 floors construction was allowed. In Neopolis where there is no limit on floors construction and the land was sold for a little over 2 lakhs per square yard. On top of that this is SEZ. The land was in fact sold for a cheaper price. Stop fooling around and these are not the costliest lands in Hyderabad. 😂
