It is not the control on construction, which is required needs to be enforced anyway, but we are creating new roads , sewages, rain water system and harvesting which needs to be thought about. We need to build 10 times more in capacity than required to sustain the growth. This is where government and our planning commission are failing. If we do not have that capability we need to bring experts from other countries to plan this properly. Simple things like foot paths , parking in roads, space for mobile sellers are thought about properly. Very poor planning.

As a Road Safety Expert I have visited the area and analyzed as Roads were made with poor design by incompetent and unskilled personnel. To correct that Traffic police were putting shopping mall barriers and closing the lanes as per their wish and against IRC standards. for ex. closing the lane suddenly without advanced warning signage that causes accidents also.
