I’m a ex heroin addict still recovering, been clean for probably 7 months now on methadone but I can confirm from using fentanyl and heroin for 3 years (started when I was late 19) I’m 22 now and I’m extremely immature for my age at first I didn’t notice it until I quit. But right now at 22 years old about to be 23 in December I still feel like I’m 19-18 mentally it’s the weirdest thing and it fucking sucks, every interview I go to now I bomb it because I just can’t communicate like a 22 year old I act so much younger than I am. Don’t pick up the needle because I promise you once you start you will never stop.
