It's the secret sauce. I'm running prismatic lock with Getaway, Outbreak, Facet of grace and solitude. Mind you, I'm only 2000 and I've had 4 runs with no mics that went super smooth.
Solitude also gets boosted by transcendence, causing bigger blasts. I paired that with pro memoria with reconstruction and bait and switch, in GM’s it melts
I've been using prismatic hunter with spirit of galanor and star eater. Silence and Squall tears through enemies and stuns overloads and then I get 50% back. Khvostov even without the surge bonus deals crazy damage to red bars and I find it synergizes well since it has shoot to loot. Plus the artifact gives radiant on orb pickup so as long as I'm grabbing those I can also stun barriers
If your super matches a surge then your kinetic weapons get the 25% buff as well. Just putting this here cus a lot of people either don’t know or seem to forget.
A full healer build with speakers mask hard carried my fireteam through -35 power glassway. My team had me on speakers mask with the dont die gun and a chill clip fusion, a stillhunt celestial prismatic hunter, and a gyrfalcons collective obligation hunter. Be careful though, the dont die gun from my anecdotal runs, was not breaking barrier fully with radiant, i had on microcosm to solve this problem as with radiant, one tick of damage pops barrier shields
Just tested. Same damage with or without matching super as long as you have anti barrier pulse. If you remove it it drops. Wo the bonus kinetic damage is just making kinetic weapons overloaded if super matches.

Come to the crown of tempest/ lightning surge/ unraveling rounds/ storm grenades jolt/ lightning unravels/ artifact strand super and weapon create tangles= artifact shoot tangles go boom/ constant jolt, devour, unravel, amplified, radiant. Loving the prismatic subclass
I've been using a heal-lock with speaker's sight and no hesitation on normal solar, it let's the other two be a lot more aggressive with me popping infinite healing turrets and the absolutely crazy healing on the auto rifle, then I just plink at stuff with outbreak
im so annoyed on that drain d adiation fluid encounter. every time i play it ops/nightfall or GM all players keep shifting what side they shoot at at therefore make us being overrun, or me having to save us, instead of focusing on theyre side and i handle the other side. its so annoying
When datto retires and he is in the position to pass the torch to someone to continue his legacy and destiny top father spot: Mactics should receive that torch and continue datto's legacy and work as the top destiny father of us all. Is all im saying mactics is on the come up and he deserves all the fame, attention, likes, subs, and spot on the top of the destiny community viewership.
The hardest part of this GM is getting to the boss room without restarting after being soft locked out of the pool section because of that one progression bug. )=
I couldn't afford the final shape so i cant make a prismatic build so i tried running a void omni build. I was kicked from 5 lfgs in a row before even starting the mission.😐

@@kilikopela83 it’s not though that’s what I’m saying. It’s been around for at least a year. If you use a kinetic weapon and subclass that matches a surge it’ll be overcharged. It was solar surge all last season or the season before during GMs and use wish ended everytime for that damage boost
This build can be improved with fragment that severs on precision hits and the one with weakening void nades of course playing into expanding abyss and the void surge
Outbreak is solid. However I think thunderlord is the move. Overloads are the biggest issue here. If you have a legendary kinetic tremors pulse use thunderlord. It stuns in 1 shot
Titan with strongholds makes the entire nightfall, and especially the last room, legit a joke. The boss slaps like a joke and nothing short of the void splash damage of the big hydra can even damage you with strongholds. This is while i am playing at 1995 light.
They have in general overtuned primary weapons to the point where special and heavy weapons don't even matter in the game. They have no place in this ability spam survival game.....
Oké... this set up is way too easy. Yesterday multi runs with fireteam finder and all failed at the last bar of the boss. Today 1st run EZ ... 2nd Run Ez and also dropped rewind bait n switch for me 😂
Those wyvern are absolutely no joke and need to be called out where they are and which way they are coming. Even with all the resist modes they will wipe you out of existence before you can even th8nk about trying to heal yourself. They are by far the scariest part of this strike.

I’ve been running speaker’s sight and the amount of times it has saved me and my teamates lives is numerous, highly recommend

Could you try making a gunpowder gamble build with inner most light + verity?
I did something similar to that, but I used the fragment that grants sever on consecutive precision hits, just for extra safety.
The fact that he’s has 116 discipline, bothers me.
Bro, my build has 144 disci, 101 resil and 91 mobil and I cannot take those extra disci points out

Use the fragment that gives bonus Transcendence on kinetic kills and you can transcend a bunch. Plus outbreak gives a ton of super energy

Since its not sunset anymore i run the old wendigo for blinding it does pretty good damage too with explosive light

I used Peregrine greaves with Void to break down all the Overloads.
This is the third time ive seen those stats, and i got to those stats on my own as well, a lot of hunters are sharing the same brain cell now lol

Wish Enders could be another option. There will be a lot barrier champ at the end of boss phase.

One time I saw it coming around the corner, but didn't expect it to tp in such a close distance and got point blank shotgun blasted.
