I get this message when I try to Launch so i can't get to the settings you talk about. I tried uninstalling and installing and no change. Still can't run it. I get the Acrobat Failed to Lad its Core DLL, any ideas what I should try? Windows 7

We can't open our acrobat reader and you are advising something abour preferences after opening acrobat, are you kidding us? If we could open acrobat, we hadn't have that opening problem tho...
