Companies may save money by outsourcing customer service to inexpensive foreign companies, but the result is frequently NOT good customer service. This is a prime example and the heavy dilect makes it very challenging to understand what is being said.

Found this comment on a Reddit thread that helped: I encountered the same issue and was able to resolve it by resetting the phone. After the reset, you'll be able to add a new Face ID. Here's what you'll need: Access to the Apple ID associated with the phone. Steps to follow: On the lock screen, enter the wrong password 10 times (or more) until the phone shows "iPhone Unavailable for x minutes." Tap the text in the bottom right corner that says something like "Erase data" or "Forgot password." Log in with your Apple ID, and you'll have the option to Reset, Delete (but keep eSIM), or Delete (with eSIM). The phone will display a message like "You have to wait x minutes for the phone to be available." Click Cancel in the bottom right corner. The phone will begin deleting/resetting. After the reset, the phone will show a message like "Locked to User" with your Apple ID. Log in with your Apple ID to unlock the phone. You should then be able to set up your phone as new and add a new Face ID. I hope this helps-this method worked for me on August 29, 2024.

I have a lot of trouble calibrating the monitor correctly, despite the ICC profile found on rtings. The gamma is never correct, I use brightness between 21 and 29. Contrast at 68, gamma 3 and 4. Blacks at 50, sharpness at 70.

The only solution I found by another TH-camr is to change the lenses to 0.9x instead of 1x I guess the problem is the resolution that 1x gives and because is different lenses with different sensors. So change it to 0.9x solves this using the I think is call Ultra Wide instead of 1x which is standard lenses
