#10 should have been Elemental Burst. Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan requires a Wind, Water, Earth and Fire monster, but they can be on either side of the field. For Elemental Burst, not only do YOU need to control ALL 4 of them, you have to TRIBUTE them, too! *_And they have to be seperate monsters, so you can't even use Doriado for it!_*
Why wouldn't Doriado work with Elemental Burst? It's all 4 elements simultaneously, and Elemental Burst doesn't specifically say to Tribute them in sequence, which would normally be impossible.
TheWanderingMist "Tribute 1 *EACH* of WIND, WATER, FIRE, and EARTH monsters to activate this card. Destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field." Dragoroar wasn't played in Dragon Rulers because we got it in the TCG a while after the ban list hit the main dragons and mini dragons, so it could never have been played in the deck at full power (at least in the TCG) to begin with.
It was literally the card that gave Yusei the win against Z-one in the Final battle in the last season of 5D's, it IS a Deus Ex Machina, it was used after Shooting Quasar Dragon (another Deus Ex Machina in the final battle, that was summoned by the 5 singer dragons) was destoryed in battle, summoning Shooting star Dragon, which was destoryed in battle, and then he activated Converging Wishes. You are 110% correct.
12:17- Plus, since Weather Report is an obscure card from the game's humble beginnings and Swords of Revealing Light is a very common place card, it will be quite the surprise for any opponent that devalues the early monster effects.
I didn't know there was a 1500 normal level 2 now... guess I have to update my Amulet of Ambition deck(because Pikeman was the best for it, now I have even better...)
they introduced 2 new zones just above the 5 zones you normally play where monsters from the extra deck are played. You can technically control 7 monsters if you meet certain conditions
I LOVE your videos! You speak very clearly and you are sure to explain each and every point that you make. It's freaking awesome and I will continue to watch your videos.
Parasite Paracide Graceful Tear Transmission Gear (I think it's the only RPS card) Yu-Jyo Friendship Gravekeeper's Vassal Relay Soul Convulsion of Nature Share the Pain Curse of Fiend (seriously a wtf card)
I won with infernal tempest person I was playing against attacked me directly with blue-eyes white dragon which allowed me to remove all the monsters from the deck and graveyard then on my turn I played maju whatever the feind that gains 700× monsters that are removed from play since I ran 20 monsters it's attack was 14,000 so I attacked and won.
To give the opponent Swords of Revealing light, you could run Magical Contract Door, and a searchable level 7 or 8 dark target. Technically Dangers, or a deck that uses Destrudo, could run a little "engine" of sorts, with 3 swords, 3 Contract Door, and 3 Weather Report. It would mostly be a huge meme, but the engine generates search power and another battle phase. Bricky, yes. Viable, no. Will I use it, yes.
Can we just address that in order to activate weather report’s effect properly you have to have them play swords, set this card, then have it survive an entire turn. Because swords would flip it when played so you can’t try to prepare for it.
Regarding Hero Flash!!, I’m pretty sure the “attack directly” effect also applies to the Elemental HERO summoned from your deck by its own effect. After all, that effect comes into play after that part of its effect is resolved. So, if H, E, and R and Neos are already in the graveyard (not that hard), you have O - Oversoul, Hero Flash!!, and Neos Alias in your hand, a decent normal Elemental HERO on the field (or the ability to Special Summon one during this turn), and Neos in your deck, you could Normal Summon Neos Alias from your hand, use O - Oversoul to revive Neos from your graveyard, and then use Hero Flash!! to Summon Neos from your deck while allowing all of them (and any other normal Elemental HERO(s) you already had out) to attack your opponent directly. With two Neoses and Neos Alias, that’s already 6900 by itself. You could also use United We Stand on one of them (instead of bringing out another Elemental HERO), which ups the equipped monster’s attack by 800 for every monster you control. That’s 2400 if you have two Neoses and Neos Alias on the field, bringing the total damage to 9300. Alternatively, Axe of Despair plus anything capable of inflicting just about any burn damage, anything capable of increasing a normal Elemental HERO’s attack at all, or any normal Elemental HERO would be enough to be a OTK. Plus, a lot of the time, you’re not going for a OTK with Hero Flash!! This will often be mid- to late-game, after both players have taken damage.
There's actually a card identical to Triangle Power but for Level 2 normal monsters called Thousand Energy. Like the name suggests, it only gives them 1000 ATK, but that's actually enough to even the playing field with the Level 1 variant.
I'm more fond of the Shield & Sword variant. Between Oppressed People, Bunilla, Charcoal Inpachi, Flamvell Guard, Bitron, and DD Trainer can get up to 10,000 damage with S&S, and still trigger Law. Plus, if you don't get the OTK, you still keep your monsters.
Law of the Normal + Paleozoic. They're all Normal Monsters, and you can go straight into Mistar Boy, The Paleozoic XYZs, or Todally awesome EDIT: they also swarm quickly from the GY, and can (posibly) use nomenclature to get out 3 AND do GY summoning (cause it’s a trap), making 5 easy.
Law of the normal can be used with paleozoic monsters, they are level 2 normal monster while summoned from the grave. I got this to work 1 time with my friends, they faces where priceless!
8:57 most tokens counts as normal monsters. This combo actualy would work with something Like Scapegoat activated at the end of your turn... but obviously it's end of your turn and there's no guarantee that you are still alive and for sure your opponent has something on the board so ehh...
Why does every Yugioh player think cards/strategies suck if there's no way to guarantee a victory? You don't hear about that in Magic; they just adapt and have back-up plans. I don't understand. What's the difference between the two games/players that cause this?
Never played magic, but probably because yugioh doesnt have any kind of mana system so even if their board is wiped they can still make a full comeback in a single turn if they have what they need in their hand, also lots of cards have graveyard effects to help with that.
Ceul Gai typically in Yugioh a deck is built around a win condition. If you can't meet that win condition you will likely lose unless your opponent bricks hard, that's why consistency and speed is really important in a deck. I played a little magic but not enough to know how the meta works there.
Card of the soul, you need your lp to be equal to the atk and def of the monster in your deck so you never exactly know when to use it, only to summom it to your hand as a heart of the cards
Actually, the way Weather Report is written, it seems that not only is it way easier to activate, but it doesn’t even need your opponent to have SoRL. The flip effect is to wipe your opponent’s SoRL, but it has a separate effect which says if SoRL is destroyed, you can conduct your Battle Phase twice. This means you can destroy your own card and still get the effect
I would sometimes play Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan in Six Samurai decks, considering how diverse they are in attributes and how swarming with them isnt too much of a problem.
Doesn't Law of The Normal count tokens? Unlike other similar cards, it doesn't say (except tokens). If so, that would make things much easier with the many cards that can mass summon tokens.
Fuh-rin-ka-zan could be a tech card for gouki as all the knightmare cards meet the requirements Cerberus Earth, Phoenix Fire, Mermaid water and Goblin wind
6:14 The thing that sucks about the six Shinobi is that since it's a trap card, you have to normally wait a turn to use it. Meaning unless you cheat it out like with makiura or something. You will have to wait to your opponents second turn to skip, assuming you activated it on there first.

I have only ever had one yugioh card that just sat in a drawer with my pokemon and digimon cards, never played it digitally, and never seen the show, but have been binging these types of videos of yours for the last like hour and a half
I think one of my favorites is Judgement of Anubis. It's not too convoluted to activate; but it's just such a wild effect that, on the rare occasion I can activate it, it feels so good.
h-heated heart increases a monster's attack, don't have a monster, use e-emergency call to get one from your deck then summon it, use o-over soul to get another monster from your graveyard or if your opponent got rid of the one you searched then bring it back with o-oversoul. then use h-heated heart to give it attack points. Before you cast hero flash, use r-righteous justice to clear their backrow. Cast hero flash as you probably used your entire hand for this (all four pieces and the card itself) then attack directly. the card should cause around 2000 or so damage and in original yugioh they played with 2000 life points. All the pieces are themselves good but chasing them out wouldn't be too bad
9:00 you can actvate this card be using a scapegoat on oponents and fase, and in your turn you summon a normal monster to activate the law of the normal, and you can use 5 monster to do a link summon(s).

12:17- Plus, since Weather Report is an obscure card from the game's humble beginnings and Swords of Revealing Light is a very common place card, it will be quite the surprise for any opponent that devalues the early monster effects.
DWOROO! MONSTA CARDO

Aaaaaaaah
I guess The Law of the Normal can work in an Ojama Deck. Although they have Ojama Delta Hurricane, which is much better.
bob chuey
You mean Mokey Mokey?
@@schwarzerritter5724 yah that one lol autocucumber
tbf, TLOFN also destroys hands badly and works for any low level normal in the game, that's why it's so situational

I didn't know there was a 1500 normal level 2 now... guess I have to update my Amulet of Ambition deck(because Pikeman was the best for it, now I have even better...)
Gee, how many of these were from the anime, or at least reference an anime scene? About half of them.
DORO MONSTA CAADO
I'm a million years back. How do you summon a 6th monster?
you put it in the link monster zone
they introduced 2 new zones just above the 5 zones you normally play where monsters from the extra deck are played. You can technically control 7 monsters if you meet certain conditions
Man this channel got me up to speed so fast. Yu gi ph is too expensive and I’d stick out like a sore thumb at a card shop lmao
Well, it could also be an equip monster
SpookyHelder You could also use the Seal of Orichalcos.

love em, any examples for unique effects?
Parasite Paracide
Graceful Tear
Transmission Gear (I think it's the only RPS card)
Yu-Jyo Friendship
Gravekeeper's Vassal

Convulsion of Nature
Share the Pain
Curse of Fiend (seriously a wtf card)
excellent examples, I'll probably do that
TheDuelLogs Another unique, and weird, card is Spirit Elimination
one and two sound awesome to see .. three is kinda wierd since ALL equips suck
Berserker Soul is quite different in the anime. In a monster mash deck, it can OTK with just a 900 ATK monster if it had its anime effect.

The huge revolution is over!
Weather Report doesn't have to survive, it's effect is lingering.
The fact you used the same monsters yugi discarded in the anime was a good touch. 11/10
3:23 one of the greatest scenes in anime history!

I've pulled off HERO FLASH!! before, oh it's fun to use.
" 3:34 "it just isn't your day"
I remember him saying that line so well cause it's such a good one
They're all Normal Monsters, and you can go straight into Mistar Boy, The Paleozoic XYZs, or Todally awesome
EDIT: they also swarm quickly from the GY, and can (posibly) use nomenclature to get out 3 AND do GY summoning (cause it’s a trap), making 5 easy.
Law of the normal can be used with paleozoic monsters, they are level 2 normal monster while summoned from the grave. I got this to work 1 time with my friends, they faces where priceless!
8:57 most tokens counts as normal monsters. This combo actualy would work with something Like Scapegoat activated at the end of your turn... but obviously it's end of your turn and there's no guarantee that you are still alive and for sure your opponent has something on the board so ehh...
triangle power has except tokens on it, law of normal required 5 monsters so scapegoat cannot be used for either effect.
Thanks for the response! You should give Magic a try sometime ;) It's actually really fun!
Ceul Gai typically in Yugioh a deck is built around a win condition. If you can't meet that win condition you will likely lose unless your opponent bricks hard, that's why consistency and speed is really important in a deck. I played a little magic but not enough to know how the meta works there.
I haven't played yugioh in a decade but i love this channel for some reason
8:47 you forgot about the card Cost Down, it lowers all monsters level by one star
Card of the soul, you need your lp to be equal to the atk and def of the monster in your deck so you never exactly know when to use it, only to summom it to your hand as a heart of the cards
Avalon - you need 5 noble knights including two somewhat specific ones in your graveyard.
Love the video, but can we talk about how cute Rescue Cat is?
The helmet and those eyes ^^
"...and the 1th place is.."

I love that you included minter cardo in the video!!
Im pretty sure dracoroar didn't come out in the tcg until dragon rulers got banned out.
Good catch
Level 2 monsters also have a card just like triangle power.. Thousand energy. But it's only a 1k boost
duel links lol
oh are trey in duel links? Idk don't play it
If you use aqua monsters, the field spell Wetlands lets you boost their Attack by 1200 if they are lvl 2 or lower.
ALSO there is a spell that turns any monster with a level into a Lvel 1 to 3.
@@ianr.navahuber2195 Falling Current?
Beserker soul has potential there many decks with only monsters, it could be a fun truck. But i would only play one in most cases.
No way to search Hero Flash? Use Sound The Retreat with your Magical Hats and search 2 Spell/Trap ;)
*No practical ways.
I really gotta stop using hyperbole in these.
TheDuelLogs Hyperbole and sarcasm tend not to translate for some folks.
TheDuelLogs Uh, you can totally search it with Symbol of Friendship too. You even mentioned that card in the same video!
@Violet Fox wow such an easy way to win the game.
I would sometimes play Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan in Six Samurai decks, considering how diverse they are in attributes and how swarming with them isnt too much of a problem.
Plus it has a samurai on it duh 😂
Doesn't Law of The Normal count tokens? Unlike other similar cards, it doesn't say (except tokens). If so, that would make things much easier with the many cards that can mass summon tokens.
Paleozoics. ;)
They actually don't; in fact, the text says, "(This card is NOT treated as a Trap.)". :)
Was thiking similarly
+Red Black Token cards don't have levels so I don't think they would count.
Christopher Lee tokens do have levels
I've been learning this game way more quickly watching your videos than going out asking vets in my locals
Fuh-rin-ka-zan could be a tech card for gouki as all the knightmare cards meet the requirements Cerberus Earth, Phoenix Fire, Mermaid water and Goblin wind
Just a shame it’s a trap which causes it to be slow
+Lajs1996 Not really if your goal is to Extra-Link first turn having to set it doesn't mean anything
I realise that, it wouldn’t see use but it is another way to reach the conditions to activate it but would just be a brick.
We missed YuGiOh4RealMen! Thank you for pulling off the weather report hero deck!
3:10 The only thing that came to mind when hearing its effect were "Monster Cardo!"
6:14 The thing that sucks about the six Shinobi is that since it's a trap card, you have to normally wait a turn to use it. Meaning unless you cheat it out like with makiura or something. You will have to wait to your opponents second turn to skip, assuming you activated it on there first.
Symbol of Friendship is a call to when Atem was dueling Kaiba when Atem had an empty field and Kaiba had 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragons on the field and Atem pulled the final piece to Exodia.
Goddess of sweet revenge won me the coolest match i ever did. Friend and i made a deck out of random cards lying around and we ended up perfectly countering each other for an hour and a half. For me to win it at the very end with goddess of sweet revenge. It was so fitting, should of been in the anime
I have only ever had one yugioh card that just sat in a drawer with my pokemon and digimon cards, never played it digitally, and never seen the show, but have been binging these types of videos of yours for the last like hour and a half
TheDuelLogs, DsNutzGaming and Moose Torrent. 3 channels that always get an insta-like from me
I love how you actually showed the monster cards that Yugi drew when he used Berserker Soul on Weevil. Nice touch.
But remember that you can special summon Neos from the Deck with it (or any other normal E-Hero)
I think one of my favorites is Judgement of Anubis. It's not too convoluted to activate; but it's just such a wild effect that, on the rare occasion I can activate it, it feels so good.
With hero flash, you can use polymerzation to summon electrum, then diffusion, still not worth it though.
You had me at *Duro-! Monsta kaado*
There's a video of ygo4realmen offline weather report xD
I'm loving these Top 10 videos!
h-heated heart increases a monster's attack, don't have a monster, use e-emergency call to get one from your deck then summon it, use o-over soul to get another monster from your graveyard or if your opponent got rid of the one you searched then bring it back with o-oversoul. then use h-heated heart to give it attack points.
I thank u for making these lists.
Pretty entertaining to watch :)
I had a law of the normal deck, gimmicky but pretty fun to use
BosnianDiamond do you live in Bosnia or somewhere else coz your English is pretty good
9:00 you can actvate this card be using a scapegoat on oponents and fase, and in your turn you summon a normal monster to activate the law of the normal, and you can use 5 monster to do a link summon(s).
I use weather report all the time against my friend who runs 3 swords of revealing lights. Is good.
the cards drawn off of berserker soul was a nice touch
4:59 "too slow, as performing 5 Synchro summons with 5 different dragons is though".

Ok but that one moment where Yami Yugi used Berserker Soul to eviserate Weevil was like the best moment in the anime hands down.
