Adele's heart & mind was clearly not into the process, she was too concerned about her family which is always understandable But in The Apprentice & in the tough world of business, you have to put those feelings aside
in retrospect I hope she can recognize that she can be more flexible in her approach to others. Being a little more kind and listening to others views, before cutting them off would help her tremendously.
@12:00 Burning the midnight oil to make a Mission Statement for a kwikie mart...this is satire right?? Ill do it in 20 seconds: "Sell the mostest and sell it firstest."
What a farcical episode this was. I think you could get 10 people off the street who would be able to "sell" with so many vouchers and discounts, no need to be a "businessperson".
That's the best thing about this show! It goes to show how society has put these "businesspeople" in their expensive suits on pedestals they don't deserve to be on. They get paid these massive salaries to do... things anyone could do, really. They're not that special.
Its like Hell's Kitchen where their suppose to be the best chef in the world & they can't produce anything half decent in the heat of the moment And the same has to go with The Apprentice, their suppose to be the best business people in the UK & they can't produce when they are asked to do so
@@rudysalas2321 I thought she showed a lot of restraint. He was on a power trip. He says that doesn't look good. She asks what's wrong with it. "I think you have time to figure it out for yourself." Huh? Not really, dude. It's actually a race against the clock.
The retail reps weren’t there to hold their hands, these are candidates working towards executive positions. the merch manager came down on impacts presentation in the beginning, and Saira was put off by it, but her team eventually figured it out.
The sales staff were instructed to give only GUIDANCE & NOT ALL THE ANSWERS He wasn't being a jerk he was just doing what he was told to do Remember the whole idea of this process as well as Lord Sugar finding his Next Apprentice/Business Partner is to give The Candidates a taste of what is to be expected if Lord Sugar takes them on These candidates are suppose to be "THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD" And right now I would trust school children more than I would these incompetents
Paul and Sai has been the game changers since day one, I wouldn't be surprised if they make it to the end.
Rooting for Matthew. Ever since he read a novel while the lads were yapping Corporate Speak platitudes at each other.
If I'm a kid in a toy store and Adele says "Can I help you?" the answer is "naw I'm good I was just leaving"
Finally she is gone🎉
Just looking at the Harrod's staff, and their dreadful saying about "teeth make smiles", makes me realise working their would drive me insane.
Lol I’m sure one of the most successful department stores in the world is sorry to miss your precious advice.

0:01-Love the theme
What is the name of it?
Thanks for posting
No loss there then at the end.
I remember that blonde lady with short hair who did an awkward dance in a pitch.
@8:36 "I'd love for you to do it...(because you're the oldest)"
Woulda made the 50 year old looking broad with "Single and Looking" shirt cry!

James looks like a young Prince Andrew.
Miriam is beautiful.
I kept hoping she wouldn't go throughout the whole episode
She’s so dreamy, it’s the sexy vacant expression

Pink Blouse toy-maven lady would have been a better contestant than 2/3 of them.
I like Ben but I feel like he’s too posh to do real work lol
Adele is a very manipulative lady.
Impact team was cheating, stealing ideas. Not a good episode
It's called being agile. If your competitors are doing better, figure out why and evolve.
When they got the pink blouse lady in charge of toys to spoon-feed them the answers...that was borderline but I'd call it cheating.
I'm on team adele here. That Harrods salesman was an arrogant jerk.
But Sir Alan told them @ 7:20 to give them respect since they are helping them. Also this was a retail environment. Adele was a loose cannon this task
