Tim is the definition of an apprentice willing to learn and adaptable in all circumstances

I just read Tim Campbell's bio on what he went on to achieve after the show. He was definitely the right choice. He became an extremely successful man.

I remember when Tim had to come up with a brand new anti-wrinkle device. It was a 1-hour special titled "Tim in The Firing Line".

I agree. At the same time, maybe she wanted to prove that she had leadership skills and that she would be able to control him, but that would be a guess. Had it been me, I wouldn't have selected Paul to help me; he was way too abrasive, and from the meeting that they had in the evening, the proof is in the pudding.

Tim was the obvious choice, Saira is a good employee who arrives on time and wishes everyone happy birthday, that's the type of person you get your hr to hire and be done with

Tim and Saira is the toughest decision. For a good manager with strategic decision Tim is the best. For the best sales manager Saira is the best. For the overall manager with the best skills in management Tim is the best. Congratulations

I don’t understand how Sara & Paul made it that far. Obviously Paul do not want to be anybody’s bit*h.
The competition had the right winner, but James is a very sympathetic human being .!

30:22 You know who Paul reminds me of at this point? He reminds me of Chris Shelton from the third season of the American version of The Apprentice. Chris was just as abrasive as Paul here. I remember when they lost the motel task on Week 2 and in the final boardroom when Chris stated that he wasn't happy with the way the PM handled the task, another candidate said, "my problem with you [Chris] is that you said that this was your expertise -- " Chris then cuts off the candidate and starts yelling, "this is what I'm going to say if we're going to be honest here! I *DO* REFURBISH HOMES! I DO *NOT* GO IN THERE HANDS ON AND TOUCH EVERYTHING! I *NEVER* SAID THAT!" He was just as abrasive as Paul here, and when the orange guy asked the other candidate if she thought Chris should be fired, she then went and said, "absolutely! I think our PM has more to offer than Chris does."

Not sure I would have chosen either one of them. Tim seemed very unsure of himself all the time.

He ended up doing well for himself. He was on the last Apprentice replacing an injured Claude. He also set up a great foundation helping underpriviliged folk in setting up businesses. Margaret is on the board of directors so you know it's a well run organization. Kudos on Tim.

The finale was all about Paul. In that sense Paul won the show. Tim? Most of the time I forgot he was there. He was just Gangster Raj as far as I was concerned.

I think Sarai did a terrible mistake!! A snake only sheds its skin to become a bigger snake. You know very well you were not jelling well with Paul and so why to hire him to join your team simply because you want to prove that he would shut up if you say so and hence please Sugar!!

One thing I will say about Paul, he's not very good at math at all. He proved that during the art task. Also, never do accounting without a calculator or an adding machine, and he did it all in his head. Bad accounting move.

the negotiation tactics are so childish and stupid "You go first" "no, you"
It's better to STRIKE FIRST so when you meet in the middle, you know you're coming from a strong point

The Apprentice from the USA - with Trump and Martha Stewart is better than the UK's. Mr. Sugar is very rude, doesn't think that the candidates are there for running his show besides the job interview. Not so great
