In corona I lost my job.. I applied for Poland work permit from India punjab a known agent. My PCC is done from police. Actually my question is that in 2004 I went to Austria from Ukraine illegal, and I took political asylum in 2005 in Austria.. After 9 year in 2013 I came back on emergency certificate on embassy expenses to India. In India the forgein ministery sentenced me 5 years ban on reissuing new passport bcuz of asylum in Austria. After long wait of 5 years they gave me a passport..its almost above 7 years that I am in India now... If I go to Poland embassy in India for interview.. Are they going to ask me about my past history.. If I tell them true wat will happen.. Will I get the visa or not... I m so tensed.. I dont know what to do.. Please help me.. Please guide me ma'am...will they ask me about old passport too.
