I'm a black guy in Poland. I think it's better to wait for the Polish women to approach you. If you approach them, they will end up ghosting you or telling you they don't want a relationship. My advice for black guys like me is just work on yourself and be outgoing. When the day comes you will know, there's no need to put that extra effort (it won't work)

Well, I don't like it when the workers at shops or restaurants are fakely nice or try too hard. Of course I prefer when they are kind and helpful but I don't need them to show me the table or to ask if everything is fine with the food 3 times, if I need something, I just call them. In Poland people also don't like when the shop assistant asks them if they can help just after entering the shop. I see foreigners complaining about customer service in Poland pretty often but Polish people are used to it and usually don't like "intrusive" service. And I experienced a culture shock when I came to UK and saw all the creepy smiles of shop clerks and it felt weird as hell when strangers were asking how I am ;)
