Garth Brooks is the world best Country Rock Performer - I even trained a wild mustang ( bought in Montana ) - after half a year I was riding him bareless , only with a neck ring - CODY just got so relaxed by his songs , especially ” unanswered prayers “ ! I miss him later on back in Switzerland , where he gave only once a concert - come back for one more time , dear Garth 🤗😅🐎🤩🤠
I have a friend who is STILL “going back” to her junior high school boyfriend. I wish she could move on and see the truth in these words. ( it’s been since 1967 for her) I am so very thankful God did not choose to answer my prayers back then. Oh, I thought I knew best but I did not. I found my “answered prayer “ in 1976, we have been married going on 48 yrs. He treats me like a Queen and I therefore treat him like a King. Three children, 7 grands and many ups and downs….i would do it all over again with him! Thank you Jesus for directing our paths to each other.
My unanswered prayers, although once painful, turned out to be the blessing. Time has a way of clarifying my thoughts, my dreams, my values, and I THANK GOD!!

But I say that because in the Bible it talks about having faith sometimes. Having faith to move mountains and that “nothing will be impossible to us.” But now that I’m a grown black man and seeing so many mixed raced couples. I believe diversity is a good thing. That’s probably why humans prefer color tv versus a boring gray scale. But I believe humans will end their diversity by mixing breeding. That’s why I said idk. Should we always have faith and go after the things we want? Or should we truly thank God for unanswered prayers? I do thank God. Knowing what I know now. I* truly don’t want mixed kids. But I didn’t know that about myself back then.

Believe it. I stated with a guy for 18 years. I, guy, I had dated back in the 60s called me. We went for coffee and talked. I told the boyfriend if there was anything in my apartment that was his, to please take it. Relationship over. I have been married for almost 34 years. The old boyfriend passed away about 4 years ago from drinking (which he always did). So this does prove to me that God knows best!
I prayed to God.. asking to for him to stay.. God gave me all the signs.. I finally prayed asking God for the strength to leave… and God have it to me. Finally being able to walk away so the most difficult thing to do. But God knew what he was doing

I’m still not quite sure what the end result will be and I’d be lying if I said something cheesy like, “…but I’m not worried because I fully trust in him.”, because the fact of the matter is, I still find myself struggling to fully trust where God’s taking me from time to time. But I must agree that I’m in a much better place than I was 3 years ago and my character has strengthened and developed more bc of it. If it wasn’t for the events that happened to me, I wouldn’t be where I am or who I am today. I saw a woman in the parking lot of where we live in 2017 thought she was the finest thing i had ever seen ,i waved to her an ran into her on occasion,i always kind of had that crush fast forward to 2024 stsrted fliirting in the parking lot snd exchanged contact info,i thought man my prayer's have been answered,we started going on walks getting to know rach other better,a solid month of this i realized painful that it's a no go ,wuit our talks and walks ,all those years thinking about it LoL nothing was there but my hope o well at least i know 😮

The point is that we don’t know that answer is no, to us it’s unanswered.
