I hope that this works for you guys. I do have a quick question for you all. People have had problems with some of their homes after they left the lot. I heard that it was up to them to fix it, such as a leaky roof, loose panel, leaky faucet... So, can you tell me that you all would fix these problems as you built the house and once they are off to the customer, it is no longer your problem ? Just wondering. Or does this come with a warranty for you guys to fix any construction issue such as these?
@@cindylong624 I have heard that others have had issues with their homes and they did not fix them. So that was why I was asking. Such as stairs in the wrong place, a leaky roof, leaky windows etc. They would not fix problems.

I'm so happy y'all are constantly trying to educate those who seem to be confused beyond belief. It's so frustrating for me to read the comments and "I don't have a pony in this show" so I can just imagine how y'all are feeling, constantly repeating yourselves and explaining how your company works and explaining that you are diligently working to provide affordable housing. I swear y'all must have the patients of a saint. I shake my head every time I read the comments which reveal how confused some people are. The misinterpretations of your information is beyond belief. May God help these confused people. Dear Lord, please clear the cobwebs out of their brain. ITH, builds affordable housing when compared to a typically built home in the current marketplace. Unfortunately some people can't buy a home no matter how affordable ITH try's to help them. To all the people who can't afford to buy any of these affordable tiny homes, Please be kind to yourselves and try to do better, do everything in your power to improve your earning potential and someday you might be able to buy an ITH home.
Amen. There is a reason the good Lord put Thou shall not bear false witness in the 10 commandments, and why Jesus taught not to gossip. It's hurtful and hateful to spread lies without a shred of proof.

I sure wish you guys could build a community in Virginia or Pennsylvania 😊 I’m just more comfortable in a state that’s politically more neutral. Tennessee just seems too extreme conservative for my liking. I’d be first in line to buy a home on a lot! ITH is an amazing tiny home design and manufacturing company. The customers and residents all are quite happy. I do not know of any other builder of high quality tiny homes who builds communities for their valued customers to place their homes onto. I cannot say enough about the integrity of Incredible Tiny Homes.
Sadly, for a company to stay viable you have to stay lean to be profitable. .. and bring back in those who were good as you can. Retooling is key to organization which ultimately aids in profitability. And yes, reviewing contracts on at least an annual basis is also important. Your bulk buying also really helps the bottom line. An extra 2, 3, 5, 10 % of savings or more adds up at the end of a calendar year. As always... keep up the awesome work! Xoxo Randolph
I'm 56 years young and retired now but back in the day I ran a multi million dollar Bicycle company when they hired me the company had 50 employees I saw employees hiding down isles and milking the clock I ran numbers come to a thought if I ladoffed 25 employees and gave the other employees I kept a dollar and hour raise because they would be working harder and faster and I kept 25 great employees and with what I did the company saved 500,000 a year in payroll and insurance for cutting the cruel in half so I didn't feel bad it's business and don't you feel bad Randy you have to do things to feed those 20 employees and your self love you man and your company I might be coming to your company where can you live for 200.00 $ a month no where and I will pay cash for what ever house my wife wants keep doing what your doing your company Rocks !!!
I honestly don't know what more you could be doing to prove that things aren't as bad as some people are saying. You try to be as open as possible and yet there are those that just to either want to spread their lies and hatred or just bitter. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in people. So sorry for what you are having to endure!
Whenever employee are let go there is backlash…happens where I work too. We recently had a second round of layoffs in our manufacturing facilities in Cleveland. It’s a traumatic event to lose one’s job…However, It appears that you’ve got a streamlined process going there. I am curious, because I don’t know what the requirements are for tiny homes - is there an inspection process that happens for the electrical, plumbing, roofing, and windows by third party before the homes are delivered? I know they are not handled the same as site built homes…but I’m curious if there are any type of Officials signing off before they go to the new owner.
ITH homes are built to ANSI tiny home building codes and NFPA standards, and are ANSI & NFPA certified, as required for home owners to obtain insurance.

I'm surprised workers are shirtless and not wearing hi vis safety shirts. It's a simple way to prevent (some) accidents.
Yeah, I always wonder about this...I expect it's incredibly hot in there, even with the big fans going.
Now you've got fewer staff, maybe time to look into providing them with ITH logo work shirts?
I hope that this works for you guys. I do have a quick question for you all. People have had problems with some of their homes after they left the lot. I heard that it was up to them to fix it, such as a leaky roof, loose panel, leaky faucet... So, can you tell me that you all would fix these problems as you built the house and once they are off to the customer, it is no longer your problem ? Just wondering. Or does this come with a warranty for you guys to fix any construction issue such as these?
Im sure its in the contract
@@cindylong624 I have heard that others have had issues with their homes and they did not fix them. So that was why I was asking. Such as stairs in the wrong place, a leaky roof, leaky windows etc. They would not fix problems.
We address any and all issues and unfortunately, rumors and gossip seem to take the limelight. We are always available to our customers on coconstruct, email or calls 😊
@@IncredibleTinyHomes Amen to that! I had a problem with my house - that I CAUSED - and someone was there in 30 minutes.
That didn't answer the question Do yall. Fix the issues after it leaves your lot?

Praying for all who lost jobs and prayers for the whole ITH company! God’s blessings to all! ❤️🙏🏻❤️
Who lost jobs at ITH. I pray no one
@@pamit2121 Watch the video and Randy explains what is going on! He explains everything! 🤷♀️
So glad you’re giving an update, I had to opt out of 2 ITH related pages in FB, people are just a bit much. You have the materials you have your crew if 20 works for you then you’ve got this. Put on the blinders and always keep moving forward. Love the noise it’s progress lol. God bless you guys and take care
Thank you for this comment! 😊❤
Amen. There is a reason the good Lord put Thou shall not bear false witness in the 10 commandments, and why Jesus taught not to gossip. It's hurtful and hateful to spread lies without a shred of proof.
Absolutely love that ITH put out this video. Being armed with facts to expose the negative nellies making trouble.. Thanks Rnady, Amanda, Tom & Brian.
Amen!
So glad the reset is successful. So sorry so many lost their jobs. Godspeed.
Randy and crew, I work at Toyota and our motto is continuous improvement. Welcome to the Toyota mindset. That’s the only way to run a business is to continually make things. Better more efficient less work…. work smarter, not harder. Love you guys keep up the good work
I am so glad you showed this. It proves that you have materials.
We absolutely do 😊❤
I sure wish you guys could build a community in Virginia or Pennsylvania 😊 I’m just more comfortable in a state that’s politically more neutral. Tennessee just seems too extreme conservative for my liking. I’d be first in line to buy a home on a lot! One RN that’s ready to retire 😂🤣😂 Love your vision, your Birmingham and what you’re doing for affordable housing!
I am a certified green belt in lean six sigma practices. Maybe you dont know it but you are employing techniques that are instrumental to lean six sigma. I would like to see more safety measures though.
You guys are doing a great job. I see in life that we need to make changes all the time and the only people that like change is babies.
@@susanbeals7597 That’s great news! Thank you…are you an ITH Employee? Or have you purchased one from them and know this?
@@lizzieb6311- I watch the videos. It's mentioned often, including in today's ITH video.
@@susanbeals7597 Ok…so do I…I’d like to hear it from them. Thank you for your input. I don’t think it’s an inappropriate question…
ITH built my tiny home in 2020 and it was ANSI and NFPA certified. The certificate is posted inside on the lower right side of my door’s window.

Wow! That was great hearing y'all talk about how strong your business is! Nice to see y'all hold your heads up in pride!
